My favorite bond game is definitely night fire. I know it's not the best (although it's pretty damn close) but it was literally my first fps and I have so many childhood memories with that game.
jack bassindale I've played night fire and did like it but I played goldeneye more when I was a kid and I have more memories with that. Night fire is a good game though
Completely agree! 14 years after it's release and I still play it! Classic game, lots of nostalgia and one of my favourite all time games, not just bond game.
Everything or Nothing! Such a fun game filled with depth and details and literally feels like your playing a Bond film, the game pulls it off better than any other bond game in my opinion. Come to think the game is better than some bond films. The gameplay never gets repetitive there are so many ways to go about completing each mission, and the driving sections are fantastic! This is the game to play if you want to feel what its like to play James Bond!
Nightfire has by far the best multiplayer of all the Bond games, the levels, the size of each map, the weapons, the bots, the modes and gadgets, makes it even more fun than any Call of Duty out there. And playing it on splitscreern with four of your friends and all the bots activated was an absolute BLAST!
My favorites: 1: Goldeneye (N64) 2: Agent Under Fire (PS2) 3: From Russia With Love (PS2) 4: Nightfire (PS2) 5: Everything Or Nothing (PS2) 6: Blood Stone (Xbox 360) 7: Tomorrow Never Dies (PS1) 8: The World Is Not Enough (PS1) 9: Goldeneye: Rogue Agent (PS2) 10: Quantum Of Solace (PS2)
yeah I've beaten everything or nothing, and trust me when I say this. You're doing something wrong if it isn't within the top 5, why? the game allows you to be stealthy at anytime even in forced sections once you have the nano suit
GoldenEye 64 is a masterpiece. I replayed it with friends about 10 years ago and it was still such a blast. The multiplayer is insanely fun. It's amazing how such an old game can still stand the test of time. I would still enjoy playing it again. There's no doubt about it.
The game was good for the time, but it hasn't held up well on the N64 hardware. However, if you play it in 4k on a keyboard and mouse, the game is amazing.
Dude I’ve been playing it on N64 for the last couple weeks and it’s fuckin awesome. Buddy came over a couple days ago and we had a blast playing it. Only difference was this time around we were drinking beers instead of chocolate milks.
You mean the level where your pursuing Jaws who is driving a tanker truck full of nano bots towards New Orleans? If that is the level that's my favorite too.
I like a lot of them but Bloodstone is my favourite. The multiplayer especially was really enjoyable. I’m hoping we eventually get a new bond game just like bloodstone with a levelling system and a lot of customisation like calling cards and camos.
+ProjectFalconPunch You had a lot of interesting facts about each game, and having played almost all of them it was cool to see them again. I never got around to playing the one made by bizarre creations, it looked pretty fun, i must get a copy
if you're on pc and want to play Goldeneye 64 again but with mouse and keyboard then you can download the "1964 emulator". Sadly though it's kinda hard to find now days, the best way to get it is to go to a video on youtube named "Goldeneye & Perfect Dark @60fps with mouse and keyboard! Of course this will play the game differently than the original and some people might not like it but it's an alternative for people that are on pc only or just for people that hate playing fps games with controllers.

I have so many great memories of playing Goldeneye on the N64. Back in the 90s me and my friends would all get really stoned then sit back and play this great game, the 4 way multiplayer is to this day still some of the best memories of my life😊 F Zero 64 was also another great multiplayer game, we played it on the random circuit generator so nobody had an advantage, it was down to skill and quite often, luck!! I really miss those golden days.
Goldeneye is a classic for those of us who grew up in the 90s, proper multiplayer, one of the most influential FPS of all time. Everything or Nothing was the ultimate James Bond game though, it was original and to this date is the only James Bond game to feel like a movie blockbuster.
12:37 I'm so happy GoldenEye for the Wii got top 3 on this list. This was my first FPS game, and it was the game that got me into gaming as a whole. It is my all time favorite game, and I really hope they make a remastered version soon (I know GoldenEye: Reloaded exists, but it's a bit old)
So happy you mentioned Agent Under Fire's awesome multiplayer with the grappling and moon physics. It really was a blast to play with friends. The single player left a lot to be desired and the ending was especially dumb. It's amazing how they have been unable to replicate just how good Goldeneye for N64 is. Very fun replayable single player levels where you are also rewarded with a new level for beating the entire game on each difficulty. A cheats menu with plenty of very fun modes that have to once again be earned from beating level target times. The guns feel good. Almost everything explodes. Mission objectives where you sometimes (before modern internet) had to figure out exactly how to accomplish them. Free roam where you are almost never locked out from returning to a previous area. Nowhere near perfect yet still it had a fun factor that no other Bond game has replicated yet.
The From Russia With Love game would have been better if it was based on it's own original story (like Everything Or Nothing) while starring Sean Connery in the 60's Bond era. That way it could have had sequels that followed in the same direction, each one starring a different Bond actor.
great list and very entertaining to watch.. G64 is just great..dont know how many hours i playsd it back in the day, and i often think about setup up the good old N64 again and give it a shot..
@@moabt.frican7163 Yeah Rogue Agent was fun as hell! Bond fans would love the multiplayer as it has several nods to the older films as levels. Like the Golden Gate bridge scene from a View to a Kill and Scaramanga's house from Golden Gun.

I never played many Bond games, but the Wii remake of Golden Eye was actually pretty great. That said my favourite will always be Nightfire on Gamecube just because I spent hours upon end with my friend fighting against bots, using guided missiles on the snow level. Some of the most memorable multiplayer from when I was younger
Grew up as a kid playing Goldeneye on the N64 and used to spend ages unlocking all the cheats. So many good memories. Definitely my favourite game of all time
I got goldeneye 007 wii on release, I can remember standing in line with my dad (I was 13). I played that game so much I reached number 3000 on the multiplayer online leaderboard. I had something like 70 days of time into the multiplayer alone, it was all I looked forward to after school. That game, disk and case, are now framed and hanging in my bedroom. I will never forget that game, the friends I made in clans, and it's wonderful memories. Say what you will, that game, was my childhood.
I don't know very much about the games below the top three but the top three you put on this list of the games I've definitely played the most and I definitely found them amazing.
I still play Nightfire, Agent Under Fire, From Russia With Love, Everything Or Nothing, 007 Legends, GoldenEye Rogue Agent, GoldenEye Reloaded, Quantum Of Solace, Blood Stone, The World Is Not Enough and Tomorrow Never Dies on my PS1, PS2 and XBOX 360.
Dug my old N64 out and started loving on all my old games again... Goldeneye, Rogue Squadron, Mario Kart, Turok, World Is Not Enough, etc. Here I am, a year later, still not even close to having played through everything. Goldeneye has been really enjoyable, although I forgot for whatever reason it’s one of the games that gives me dizziness and nausea after about 45 minutes :O
Very good list. I completely forgot about Everything or Nothings aim problems until this video but I still liked the game nonetheless. The game order is also perfect in my opinion. Great vid!
Bloodstone and quantum of solace had two of the most enjoyable hand to hand combat mechanics I've ever played and everything or nothing and night fire made ma actually feel like 007
I think im the only one with some of the GREATEST memories playing 007 Quantum of solace on xbox 360 . I was in the top 10 on the leader board during its prime. I played with the top 3rd on a regular basis. It was a fun community , at least for me. Gosh i remember FULL games too. So many people played it at first. Gosh I miss that.
Nightfire is the only one I ever played but I remember I LOVED the multiplayer. The story mode was too hard for me but the multiplayer was so much fun!!
Goldeneye set a standard for Bond games that the others just couldn’t compare to. While my copies of Nightfire and Agent Under Fire set in a corner collecting dust my copy of Goldeneye continues to get some good mileage and it’s even worth mentioning that some hardcore fans created a 1080p, 60FPS, mouse and keyboard controlled version of the original 64 game.
One thing that I have always liked a lot about "GoldenEye 007" is that that game doesn't take itself too seriously. A lot of first-person shooters seem to have this "this is a serious matter" type of vibe, but "GoldenEye 007" is more like "fuck that, let's entertain the players here!".
Goldeneye wii still my favorite. Loved it Pretty much a perfect list too. Nightfire i used to play for hours with friends. Goldeneye too. From russia with love is another of my fsvorites though
My personal favourite is James Bond 007 for the Gameboy. Unlike the other games mentioned here, it is a top-down action adventure game that IMO brilliantly captured the essence of Bond. Hell, there's a section when you're in a Marrakech casino playing cards and another when you scale a mountain in Tibet to fight hand-to-hand with some sumo wrestlers at the behest of some Tibetan monks.
Everything or Nothing and From Russia With Love are definitely the best, it’s sad they aren’t listed that way. List your childhood is the theme in every RUclips list...
Blood stone was incredible. Quantom had the best online. But I think my fav is agent under fire so classic Golden eye was great when we were kids but it doesn't age well at all
well if you play through Goldeneye with an emulator with higher fps and with mouse and keyboard support then you can have some "new" fun with it for awhile but yes it has not aged well.
Everything or Nothing had the best single player campaign, Nightfire had the best multiplayer. Goldeneye was a classic but it hasn't aged well, and before you say anything I played Goldeneye first. ;) I felt Perfect Dark despite being a spiritual successor was a much better game than Goldeneye.
my personal favorite is definitely everything or nothing. the story is fantastic, the controls are great, the targeting is helpful for people who just want to enjoy the story without being a pro at shooting games, the graphics were great for the time, the level design was interesting, the agent and 00 agent objectives gave the game replay value (i spent countless hours trying to get platinum on every single level), and is overall just an incredibly fun game to play
wtf... everything or nothing should have been number 1 not night fire or goldeneye. you based your choice off of multilayer but everything or nothing is the pinnacle of a bond experience
everyone has their opionion of wich is better, you may like EON better but others may not same as the video creator didn't think so. Personally i wouldn't put 007 Legends on the list cause i hated that game, plus i like Nightfire more than Goldeneye64 these days but it is his video and his opinion.
john smith Yep. As per my thoughts 007 Legends is best. But I don't know why foolish people hates it. My heart is broken after seeing Golden Eye on the top. Shame on you man.
My favorite bond game is definitely night fire. I know it's not the best (although it's pretty damn close) but it was literally my first fps and I have so many childhood memories with that game.
same... same... same...
jack bassindale I've played night fire and did like it but I played goldeneye more when I was a kid and I have more memories with that. Night fire is a good game though

Great vid!
Bloodstone and quantum of solace had two of the most enjoyable hand to hand combat mechanics I've ever played and everything or nothing and night fire made ma actually feel like 007
Man, I can't believe Tomorrow Never Dies isn't on this list!
I don't like that game, sorry!
Actually I was being sarcastic.
It was a terrible game.
But you put 007 Legends on there. Given the technology Legends is the absolute worst I would take TND over it.
Gosh I miss that.
lllstrikesmember2 www.3-strikes.org you must be young
Does nobody love James Bond : The Duel on megadrive??
Should be up there.
Great video Dan! Only ever played Goldeneye 64, but was interested to watch after hearing you on your's and Liam's podcast
Thanks, glad you enjoyed it! It's nice to hear from someone who listens to Off the Record :)
I grew up playing Nightfire. Oh, the memories....
Sly spy also is a great game. The name 007 is not mentioned but it is a game based on the British agent and specifically on Timothy Dalton.
James Bond games should be made like splinter cell. Than they will succeed and make the definitive 007 experience.
Splinter Cell was originally going to be a James Bond game.
Nightfire is the only one I ever played but I remember I LOVED the multiplayer. The story mode was too hard for me but the multiplayer was so much fun!!
Man they need to remaster the ones that were for playstation 2 and xbox. So i can play them in Xbox one or ps4.
Is it me or does James Bond at 10:02 look like Sterling Archer from...well...Archer.
Winding Bubble o boy your right
One thing that I have always liked a lot about "GoldenEye 007" is that that game doesn't take itself too seriously. A lot of first-person shooters seem to have this "this is a serious matter" type of vibe, but "GoldenEye 007" is more like "fuck that, let's entertain the players here!".
Goldeneye wii still my favorite. Loved it
Pretty much a perfect list too. Nightfire i used to play for hours with friends. Goldeneye too. From russia with love is another of my fsvorites though
GoldenEye 007 will always be #1.
My favorite was always from Russia with love
My personal favourite is James Bond 007 for the Gameboy. Unlike the other games mentioned here, it is a top-down action adventure game that IMO brilliantly captured the essence of Bond. Hell, there's a section when you're in a Marrakech casino playing cards and another when you scale a mountain in Tibet to fight hand-to-hand with some sumo wrestlers at the behest of some Tibetan monks.
My favourite is either night fire or blood stone
And quantum of solace
Nightfire destroys them both
Everything or Nothing and From Russia With Love are definitely the best, it’s sad they aren’t listed that way. List your childhood is the theme in every RUclips list...
I'm a 9 years old and I love the game night fire
Well you already have great taste :D
@@ProjectFalconPunch indeed my favourite though is Everything or Nothing than Nightfire and the 3rd is from Rusdia w love
Blood stone was incredible. Quantom had the best online. But I think my fav is agent under fire so classic
Golden eye was great when we were kids but it doesn't age well at all
well if you play through Goldeneye with an emulator with higher fps and with mouse and keyboard support then you can have some "new" fun with it for awhile but yes it has not aged well.
Avoozl It has, people are still making new or redesigned maps for it. I’d say it’s aged pretty well
And people are still making maps for Doom, that doesn't mean a game hasn't aged it just means that niche groups of people still enjoy them.
my personal favorite is definitely everything or nothing. the story is fantastic, the controls are great, the targeting is helpful for people who just want to enjoy the story without being a pro at shooting games, the graphics were great for the time, the level design was interesting, the agent and 00 agent objectives gave the game replay value (i spent countless hours trying to get platinum on every single level), and is overall just an incredibly fun game to play
If they remake everything or nothing and frome russia with love in ps4 and xbox one that would be great ❤❤
Mehdi Msb agree
Just get it for PS2 graphics will be the same PS3 can handle PS1 and PS2 games
+Elijah Jackson wait ps3 couldn't play ps2 games, unless you had like the early 80 gig harddrive versions.
Mehdi Msb they will change the controls and turn it into another gears of wars clone
From Russia With Love is probably my favorite, along with Quantum. Played those two a lot! 🔥 nice video, real nostalgia trip.
wtf... everything or nothing should have been number 1 not night fire or goldeneye. you based your choice off of multilayer but everything or nothing is the pinnacle of a bond experience
Everyone has their own opinions.
everyone has their opionion of wich is better, you may like EON better but others may not same as the video creator didn't think so. Personally i wouldn't put 007 Legends on the list cause i hated that game, plus i like Nightfire more than Goldeneye64 these days but it is his video and his opinion.
Nightfire and goldeneye 64 are absolute classics, was not disappointed with list
quantum of solace and blood stone for the win ;)
Everything or nothing deserved to be much higher.
No James Bond 007 for the original gameboy? For shame!
john smith Yep. As per my thoughts 007 Legends is best. But I don't know why foolish people hates it. My heart is broken after seeing Golden Eye on the top. Shame on you man.
Why 007 game boy not in the list ? Masterpiece action rpg, so Many memories
15:00 the car flipped. Does it respawn or do we have to use our ejector seat to flip it back?
