For those of us who are a bit "long in the tooth" do you think they might help with hearing issues, i.e. more clarity of signals? Looking forward to all of the help your will be providing to us, mere mortals of the detecting world.
I’ve been using Aftershokz bone conduction headphones for a couple of years now. Good for joggers and cyclists as they don’t cover your ears so you can still hear what’s going on around you. The downside is that you can also hear wind noise. They are great for some people with hearing difficulties (like me) as the sound does not need to travel down the ear canal as the vibrations magically turn into sound in your head. If you have the volume too loud it can tickle your skull a little but I find that wearing ear bud style ear defenders makes the sound from bone conduction headphones much louder so you don’t need to have them turned up as loud. I hope this information helps 👍
