Hello Captain. Beautiful timepiece! The first 5-dig daydates are by far my favorite. The larger DDs difference is mostly a fatter bezel. The YG/blue dial combination is absolutely stunning. My 18048 with the lapis dial is my go-to choice. Id share a picture if you're interested. Wear it in good health!
Beautiful watch, I bought another recently and its not been off my wrist. Despite having other watches that would be grail pieces. Wear it in good health
Enjoy the watch! Hopefully I’ll be buying mine by the end of the year. Would love a white gold with blue dial. Any suggestions where I should purchase a Rolex presidential? I’m thinking of a new one, I live in NJ, but looking to go to Florida and Aruba to buy it since it can be a lot cheaper used. Thank you and congratulations.
LustNCanes! Hello i am from NJ originallt in but in TX now. I would look preowned if I was you. The white gold version is incredible.. i would try the online preowned dealers and found Watchbox, Crown & Caliber and Bob's Watches to be good ones. Cheers
Vintage Rolex Watches really how come? I thought this model had issues with a baggy and stretched bracelet. Sorry I'm just looking into getting this as my next piece but am confused at the versions.
lose that crap hippie bracelet
😆
Beautiful timepiece you can’t beat a classic, even now in 2019 the Rolex day date still looks modern

Agree. I love the watch and it has more personal meaning to me as well.
It is beautiful and such an classic but still modern watch! I am in the process of selling my Datejust 16013 and getting a Day Date 18038.
I bet it's around $10K to $15K watch.
More like 40k new..

Captain Zed
Thank you, I will look into it. I can’t wait to see it on my wrist.
If he wanted to sell this watch now he'd get 35k for it because the prices on the day date models are still high.
Better bang for the buck than the 18238 and girthier case thickness. Not sure how much u paid but nice piece.
Vintage Rolex Watches thanks.. paid $9.5k ... this is a keeper for sure

18038 has more grith cuz of the movement
Nice watch, but champagne is the only way to go with this piece!
Are those kundalini spirit bracelets? I got one too
Yes ... You are correct
Nice watch, but much too small on your wrist! Give it to the wife...
