mage in my brain which I believe is due to gluten consumption causing Gluten Ataxia. Now I’m gluten free again for about a month now and I’m not having horrible symptoms like balance issues, lack of coordination and I can use my hands normally. I’m dealing with histamine issues. My skin turns red and I get annoyingly itchy all over my body. So I want to tackle this problem and I’m so happy for all the information from this Doc and Seeking Health. People need this information, it’s so important because there are so many people out there suffering and conventional doctors have no clue when it comes to illness like this. They dismiss what they don’t understand. Over the years I’ve developed Medical PTSD due to the ignorance and huge EGOS of conventional medical doctors. When I’m on gluten I suffer from depression and intense anxiety (the world becomes a very dark, scary place) and when I’m gluten free I don’t have depression or anxiety. Finding out about how gluten affects me is the most eye opening thing to have ever happened to me. I’m so thankful for this year and I’m so looking forward to healing.
I'm glad you found a solution to uten I suffer the same from that plus the histamine intolerance, which I'm still trying to find a dr for. Every dr is specializing now. No one treats the whole body. Not good.
I also was pretty sure i had ataxia for years in my 20s, heavy head, unfocussed, terrible skin issues, felt like i came off a boat most of the time. horrible. The single best thing for me was a meat + veg only diet (zero sugar, low carb, no alcohol, lots of cold showers) for 3-4 weeks then continued as much as possible. I highly suspect its all related to gut health, which takes a very long time to get back on track. The doctors (in the UK) are largely useless with this type of condition. And i found once the gut/system has been given a long time with natural meat + veg to heal up, you can then enjoy most things in moderation. I think my years of pizza and beer at university made my system go "fk this!" :D
Using L-Glutamine (Nutricost), whole ketogenic clean foods, immune boosting mushroom blends, and *_FASTING_* I totally healed myself of the most severe case of histamine intolerance I'm aware of. I was *_SO_* intolerant that eating *_anything at all_* caused me a *_severe asthma attack_* just from the histamine released by my body to produce stomach acid. I self-diagnosed when I thought I had really bad allergies (not knowing it was eating that was the problem) to grass, leaves, mold, etc so I started fasting to reset my gut and _then_ noticed that I was FINE as long as I didn't EAT. So, I learned about histamine intolerance from doctors like Dr. Lynch (thank you!!!), found the MCAS food lists, and started healing my gut and only eating whole, clean keto foods on the "low histamine" MCAS lists to avoid symptoms while I was healing my gut. I fasted 23:1 80% of the time, 16:8 20% of the time and threw in a 3-day fast every month. I went from not being able to swallow anything without a reaction to being able to eat all the high histamine food I want after 5 months with that regimen. Now, I keep taking the L-Glutamine and I continue to fast, but I read Dr. Mindy Pelz's book, "Fast Like a Girl" and go according to my hormonal needs as a woman. I'm 51, female, 5'2", started at 129 lbs, now working to maintain my weight at 103 lbs (I still tend to lose by IF but Dr. Mindy's book is helping with that). @@MountainCarpenterEagle Honestly, I'm still learning my own body's perfect "protocol." The immunity mushroom blend I was taking was "plnt" brand "mushroom immunity blend." Get Pelz's book, "Fast Like a Girl" and get your immune system cleaned up with that as a practical guide to fasting and eating. It takes time and patience, but you can't get an "exact protocol" from anyone...you have to listen to your own body and work it out. That being said, you probably have an MCAS/histamine intolerance so look up what I noted about that in my OP. Best wishes to you! You CAN get this under control with what I've given you, and there isn't any more I can do for you because your body is totally different than mine. I've learned that the hard way.
@@MountainCarpenterEagle My response disappeared...? Anyway, I thought I had SIBO (bloating) until I discovered Ayurveda food combining rules. Bye-bye bloat. As for my perfect protocol...I'm still looking for that; everyone needs to experiment and find their own, but fasting _and_ what you eat when you are eating is key. It's individual, though; don't let anyone fool you into thinking otherwise, that there's a "magic diet" that will fix you. Well, there is, but it's _unique to you_ and only you can find it. I'm still refining mine even though I'm tons better. Best to you and I hope this posts and sticks around!
THIS is the kind of information I’ve been in need of badly! Thank you from the bottom of my heart doc! I’ve been suffering my entire life with this crap and I’m finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. It will be a long road of testing and dietary changes but at least I have answers! Thank you so much!

Emotional health is a big part of it that most people don't address because they don't realize it's connected. Dr. Will Cole's book "Gut Feelings" was essential. Best to you!
I was doing very well with the whole histamine thing for over 2 years. I had no clue that probiotics could increase histamine production in the gut or just make all the symptoms worse. 1 or 2 days after taking a new prebiotic all the histamine intolerance symptoms just exploded

I believe that all the genes have a direct correlation with our traumas and emotions being held in the body. This information is so helpful. It all just makes so much sense. Thank you!
I'm so thankful that you are here for us. I've learned a lot from you over the past few years especially since reading your book. Keep up with supporting your viewers because we need a no nonsense Dr like you❣😉
Histamine intolerance can really throw a wrench into the development of musicians who aspire to mastery on wind instruments. Same goes of course for singers.
Oh my goodness, THIS WAS AMAZING!!! I trained as a nutritionist over 25 yrs ago in the UK and our theories then were often ridiculed and we were called ‘quacks’. It is fantastic that science and genetics is now able to map all of this stuff! Thank you so much for the most amazing talk and explanation. I’ve learnt so, so much. 🙏🙏🙏PS Is the histamine gene test only available in the US?

All along I thought i had sever anxiety that developed out of nowhere. I am too old (83) and tired to do the research, even though I bought your books in english and in german. After trying to detox Mercury, Cadmium, Alu etc. unsuccessfully for 14 years, I recently found out about my MTHFR. I will now test out your products bit by bit hoping for the best. I expect your videos to help me go ahead; but at 83 expectations are not too big. I am getting your products from a supplier in the US.(no Del.Charges for Europe).
I know what you mean. I’m 50 with 3 children all who I suspect as having mthfr issues (along with myself). I just ordered the book plus some supplements and hoping for the best. I also feel exhausted always trying to figure out what is wrong and spending lots of money but not making much progress. If these ones don’t work I’m going to give up & try to focus on lifestyle - but its pretty hard to convince teens & children to make lifestyle changes.
@@Maggie-zr2ow I don’t think I do but I think my son & daughter do. My daughter had bad eczema as a baby and still gets it as a teen, she always has some patch of broken skin, plus acne. She also has food allergies. My younger son is a magnet to mosquitos and histamine & the bites often create a huge histamine response. My main issue has always been fatigue. Yes I’ve also spent hundreds on supplements over the years!
@@Maggie-zr2ow thank you v much for that advice. I will definitely look into those suggestions for my daughter’s hands and also the acne suggestions. It really is unfortunate that this mthfr gene does so much damage as well as causing acne which is especially unpleasant. It seems so unfair. I suspect my son’s reaction is also related to low B1 levels. I think we’re all deficient in the B vitamins due to the mthfr gene and that is causing the other issues. Thank you again for your suggestions. Wishing us both luck !! X

Thank you for the info. Always excited for a new video. Just received the probiota histaminx and histamine block plus as well as a strategene kit. Very excited to learn more! Already done the SNP test done previously by another test but it doesn’t give much of explanation of how it all work together that’s why very excited about strategene report.
THANK YOU for your amazing work, Dr Lynch. Question: when will Seeking Health make Histamine Block Plus that we vegans / vegetarians can buy? I have the pea based DAO supplements and they do seem to work, surely you could swap out the pig based DAO component of Histamine Block Plus? Pigs are as sentient as dogs and human toddlers and their suffering in the farming industry is absolutely appalling: I am a veterinarian, I see it first hand.
I believe histamine is the number one cause of mental issues in society. It's not diagnosed in Western standard medicine. If you can get this under control, it won't solve all your problems but it will provide you with quite a relief for sure.for most, high dose ascorbate may bring some relief, more severe cases you're going to have to get serious with methionine, b5, b6, calcium etc and try to avoid high histamine release foods.
I’ve had my genetics analyzed 3 times. I have your book but have yet to really crack it open because it felt so overwhelming. But this video changes everything. Thank you so much because I finally learned what I needed to get started on this journey and understand how important my genetic SNPs are to improving my health. Thank you!!

@@presouz5 If I should take quercetin. Yes you can. Quercetin doesn't become a problem unless you take loads of it. An increased amount should be ok to take for a short period of time, like when you're experiencing illness. That's what my understanding was.
Well after 5 years I have figured out that my Histamine intolerance has direct link with iron & heme metabolism or methylation pathways. And hence supplementing vit C, Copper, rutin/quercetin , folate, b12, b6, glycine, bcaa, tryptophan, vit A etc All of which participate in regulating iron or heme metabolism or influence methylation status, also help tremendously with regulating Histamine. Also ramping up potassium which is used along b12 pathways, eliminated my histamine buildup. I've come to fall in love with potassium - amazing sleep , critical for vasucular integrity, Insulin & glucose mgmt, fluid balance, nerve repair, acid-base pH balance of the lymphatic system & so much more ! I believe potassium & magnesium when absorbed well in therapeutic amounts have strong anti cancer effects .

Last year I learned all symptoms during past 20 years due to my body's inability to clear "excess" histamine. Here's what I learned but before that I have a couple of questions 1) what is 1 HDU? How many milligrams of histamine can 20,000 HDU degrade? So, it appears, at least in me, that low DAO at the end of small intestine + ascending colon is what's causing the problem. That makes sense because DAO's greatest expression is here and in fact increases at farther the distance. Elevated histamine lowers the pH in this area of intestine favouring bad bacteria versus good bacteria. That's why when I went gluten free which in turn lowers intake of sugar fructan, symptoms subsided because I deprived bacteria in that area a food source. Now that I know it's histamine, my goal is to eliminate "excess" histamine and hopefully as the pH rises in this area of my intestine, it will favour "good" bacteria and NOT bacteria that ferment. While gluten free helped with IBS, it did not cure the problem, "excess" histamine. In addition to excess histamine lowering pH and altering the motility complex in the small intestine and in turn causing IBS + SIBO, it also triggered many other symptoms outside my gut. Thankfully, I have since learned a lot including that some are selling the enzyme I need. However, as you know, not ALL need the enzyme. I have learned it's possible, at least in me, that diet and avoiding alcohol are sufficient to eliminate "excess" histamine. Avoiding alcohol is the easy part. Diet not so much. Thus, what I am doing is drawing a line in the sand and putting everything on one side "pro-inflammatory or histamine" and "anti-inflammatory or histamine" on the other side. I am having a lot of success with this approach. And once I learned more about the dose dependent relationship I will throw caution to the wind about where I buy my DAO and how much. Breck
I have heard from several people online who have histamine intolerance + studied it extensively recommend ONLY soil based probiotic and nothing else. I have not confirmed one way or the other whether this will work for me.
Anyone having a Histimine issue, i cured my issues with that amino acid with fixing my methylation issue. If you're over it under you'll need to figure out if you're under methylation. I fixed it with TMG zinc, b6, b2

I would really appreciate it if you could provide an article on your website specifically on chronic skin issues e.g. Psoriasis, Eczema and Dermatitis. Thank you.
I am very new to the vast knowledge of histamines and histamine intolerance. I just finished nursing school and after becoming an RN, my eyes are SO open to the lack of comprehensive care in our medical system. Long story short: I have had about 10-15 symptoms from histamine intolerance for the last 18 years, maybe more. Exhausted from research, I googled again and found histamine intolerance. I followed a low histamine diet for THREE weeks and almost all my symptoms went away, including my extremely painful period. I was able to get through the very mild cramps (thanks to low histamine diet) with an antihistamine. I could not believe it. My question: What genetics test is recommended? I always hear people talk about their genes. But how do I find out what genes I have that are affecting my health?!

hello, perhaps it would be a good idea to throw in some L-citrulline and add AKG in form of AAKG to your Histamine Block + formula. It will help tremendously to remove the toxic NH4+ and peroxide through supporting SOD. It would enhance greatly the effect and lessen stress load on body. Many ppl with HIT and MCAS have elevated blood pH (marginal alkalosis), so removing ammonia is of a great benefit. BTW awesome video md products!

Nice presentation! What are your thoughts on Genova Diagnostics? That's where I had my test done and was not impressed the with doctors limited understanding of my chart. I had more understanding of what supplements to take than what he could recommend. Still, I am not an expert in this field so I am doing my own work. Ordered your book. Had already tried some of your supplements and will be orderings a wider range through your website. Meanwhile, I will read the book and considering taking YOUR designated test which seems to have lots of details.

I had a major MCAS episode 5 years ago, manifest as tongue swelling, breathing difficulty, and diarrhea, I was given multiple shots for anaphylaxis and went unconscious, I ended up in ICU for 3 days. I was diagnosed with MCAS. My doctors said they saw no environmental or food cause. It took me about 6 months and 2 more visits to ER to notice my symptoms early enough to stop with antihistamines before symptoms developed to dangerious levels. 5 years later I only needed 1 or 2 antihistamines per week if i noticed itchy hands, until I got accupuncture with electrical stimulus, for a injured shoulder. Immediately after treatment I started coughing and tightness in chest, I took a benadryl. Next morning I had diarrhea. Another benadryl. Also body felt very shakey. I had such a terrible case of histamine intolerance that I couldn't tolerate _anything at all._ Here's my journey to health, and I hope it helps you, too. Oh, and my mom, too, couldn't tolerate any supplements because of gelatin, citric acid, etc. in the capsules and formulas. She's better now, too, but not totally out of the woods like I am...yet. Using L-Glutamine (Nutricost), whole ketogenic clean foods, immune boosting mushroom blends, and FASTING I totally healed myself of the most severe case of histamine intolerance I'm aware of. My "chicken arms" are not getting any better and idk what else to do... i figured fasting would give my gut the best chance to heal. But it seems worse almost. I understand beef would be more expensive for DAO and in lower quantities but I feel there are people that would pay for it, such as me.. unless you have any other suggestions 😥 I'm feeling super lost how to address this
My symptoms are just gastritis and stomach acid, felling tired anxiety but no skin reaction or congestion all my medical studies show that I just have gastritis and the food that reacts bad with my stomach are alcohol coffee orange chilli powder process food like fried food may I have histamine intolerance?
I'd combine Histamine Nutrients with HistaminX. That's the best combination. It depends on your total histamine load - and the time of your cycle as well. Higher estrogen makes histamine intolerance worse. Start with 1-2 capsules of Histamine Nutrients in the morning along with 1 capsule of HistaminX. www.seekinghealth.com/collections/histamine-intolerance-supplements
Is there a link between achy muscles and histamine intolerance? I take a magnesium supplement daily (magnesium tauraat, which also contains some P-5-P), but it only helps a bit.
I tried your ProBiota Histaminx and it gave me a histamine reaction…my hands and fingers turned bright red within a very short period after taking one capsule. Is this normal?
I have found that sucking liposomal glutathione (200mg daily is enough) promotes early morning sleep (REM sleep). This is very good for clearing the head. It empties the “histamine bucket” at the start of the day. It’s also great for dreaming!
Sucking liposomal glutathione definitely gets it across the BBB. One night's sleep then resets the brain fog, mental fatigue and the vulnerability to daytime sleep back to zero. I think that it involves histamine but only in the brain. Triggers that cause typical IgE type allergic responses elsewhere in my body are not effected by sucking liposomal glutathione. I'm going to try swallowing liposomal N-AC next. Please try the liposomal glutathione, I'm sure I'm not the only person who benefits from this.
It's nearly a year since I discovered this. I suck 200mg of liposome-dissolved glutathione first thing in the morning and I get the benefit 24 hours later. Delicious dreamy REM sleep. I have been sleep-deprived for as long as I can remember so this really surprised me. So far I have not found any other antioxidants that can do this. I take Kaempferia Parviflora (600mg) when I need a boost. It's a PDE inhibitor so it inhibits mast cells. Please try these and then comment.
I am trying to stop taking Zyrtec. It’s been really hard. I get hives, itchy feet and hands and now a runny nose. Would histaminX help with the Zyrtec withdrawal symptoms? I am pretty sure I have histamine intolerance but I don’t think Zyrtec helps with it. But now I’m dealing with Zyrtec withdrawal, which I think is terrible that the withdrawal symptoms are what it’s supposed to be treating. Keeps people addicted to it.
My question is why do people who get covid randomly get a histamine issue. I can’t handle it at all and it was severe at one point giving me anaphylaxis like episodes for like 8 months after infection. I never once had a histamine problem in my life before this.
@@DrBenLynch thank you! I defiantly will. You should look into this. There is people being diagnosed with MCAS after the infection which is odd. Hopefully it ends soon! Even with DAO and antihistamines I can barely eat.
Somebody mentioning nosebleeds! Its been difficult to figure out what's going on with that for me. Thinking it's an endothelial issue but listening to this, I'm thinking the histamine problem is likely the culprit.
I've been trying to help heal myself...my dr keeps raising my bcomplex for homocysteine kennel being a tadbit high bit b12 / folate is low. With these changes, I'm getting worse & worse with itching, nausea headaches & irritability. I'm now realizing these are is histamine reactions. So, if I take histamine blocker plus. .I don't need regular histamine block? Also, with changing to this one - can I eliminate the individual supplements that are listed (pqq. samE & the b-minus)? I'm trying to eliminate some of my supplements - so if so...that would be great!
mage in my brain which I believe is due to gluten consumption causing Gluten Ataxia.
I'm glad you found a solution to uten
I suffer the same from that plus the histamine intolerance, which I'm still trying to find a dr for.
How are you doing today ❤ ?
Gluten is the devil for sure! I will never ever knowingly eat it again.Glad you figured out your trigger.
My stem cell and human growth hormone production is through the roof as strongly evidenced by my majorly cut musculature. I haven't been this ripped since I was 30 and lifting weights at the gym regularly (which I'm not now, LOL). I live an active lifestyle, but WOW.

Pigs are as sentient as dogs and human toddlers and their suffering in the farming industry is absolutely appalling: I am a veterinarian, I see it first hand.
Completely agree!!
True
I’ve had my genetics analyzed 3 times. I have your book but have yet to really crack it open because it felt so overwhelming. But this video changes everything. Great video , Dr Lynch. Thanks a mill!

Thank you Dr. Lynch, this was very insightful! Much appreciation 🙏
Last year I learned all symptoms during past 20 years due to my body's inability to clear "excess" histamine. Here's what I learned but before that I have a couple of questions
1) what is 1 HDU?

It is concentrated in muscles when they are working, and it is also found in the heart, brain, and many other parts of the body. Carnosine is used to prevent aging and for preventing or treating complications of diabetes such as nerve damage, eye disorders (cataracts), and kidney problems

My question:

hello, perhaps it would be a good idea to throw in some L-citrulline and add AKG in form of AAKG to your Histamine Block + formula. It will help tremendously to remove the toxic NH4+ and peroxide through supporting SOD. It would enhance greatly the effect and lessen stress load on body. The reason this revealed on my skin is after I started using peptides, I had week hearth and peptides reversed my hearth condition 360%. Before I go further let me ask you this question
in your experience and with tremendous knowledge could peptides and histamine intolerance create this skin problem? and how could I be sure? After benefiting so much from
peptides I have to continue using them but not with this annoying and hurtful itches. God bless you for doing so much good to humanity with your teachings we need you in this sick world. please let me hear from you . Alida

I’ve had trunk itching which I thought was my liver (had constant nausea during pregnancy and obstetric cholestasis- felt similar itch but only on trunk after baby was born). Had a HUGE allergic reaction to mango where I was SO hot (man my ears were on fire!) and had hives down to my knees and felt like severe sunburn plus rolling in nettles. Took benedryl and realized my trunk itch went away! I’ve suffered with that for YEARS! about a decade! Now I know its related to histamines!
THANK YOU SO MUCH APPLE CIDER VINNEGAR WAS KILLING ME
you're welcome!
Can you do another video with these since the product line has changed significantly
Thanks
Dr. Ben - Thank you for such an informative video on how to use the supplements! I've used Histamine Block for about 18 months WITH food, and it has helped tremendously! I've never tried Histamine Block Plus and will order soon. I see that there are many nutrients that my naturopath has recommended to "open up" the Histamine pathway, but I'm afraid to proceed with her protocol. She has recommended MASSIVE amounts of niacinamide... 1500 mg per day! Does that sound excessive to you? Thank you for all of the guidance you give us. You have a heart for truly helping people. Please keep giving us videos like this!
that much niacin is usually for high cholesterol
Dr. Lynch, I struggle with low stomach acid, I have Gerd and acid reflux. I am drinking apple cider vinegar every day to help boost the stomach acid, but concerned about the histamine. Any suggestions?
Hi Dr Ben, you are my go to for MTHFR, now I figured out I have histamine issues. I have HORRIBLE ITCHY EARS!!!! BEYOND ugh.. is that histamine issues? I have been taking your supplements. HOW LONG does it take? I am avoiding high His foods too.. thank you for all you do..
Wow. This is a game changer!
Hi great videos , I think coffee raises up my histamine , dealing with headaches for over a year , can’t figure it out , trying currently your histamine block but doesn’t seem to help much , as for the coffee , can u recommend a certain coffee brand that doesn’t trigger histamine ?
Me absolutely!!! When i mention to. Dr., im allergic to penicillin, and reactions are anxiety, headaches, disoriented, nervousness paranoia Heartbeat high etc. They think im weird. ThankQ
One day they will see.
Hey Dr. I have had H-pylori and sibo overgrowths and i used antibiotics for both. I am now facing stomach issues again and i am trying not to do antibiotics but i have less strength everyday and i feel tired and very weak. Ive been tested for the MTHFR gene and i have it. I have been doing methylfolate and methyl B12 i do glutathione and B1 the type you mentioned in your book and i do nutritional yeast as well. I take zinc and copper and sAMe supplement. I am to also light headed and i get motion sickness now in the car but never used to. I also tested positive for RA.
Is there a product that works for acute and chronic stress like Histamine Block Plus that isn't porcine-derived?
It has taken me over a week to get back to daily antihistamines and only itching hands. Have you heard of accupuncture with electrical stim causing histamine dump? Just found your products and research and I am looking forward to trying them. Long history of autoimmune issues ( asthma, bulbous phemphagoid, MCAS).
My itchy hands was from too much canned foods.
Yes not acupuncture but dry needles in physical therapy
Absolutely love it!!!!!
thank you so much doctor for your knowledge. It has really helped me to figure out what is wrong with me.
Hey doc, great stuff sir. Let me ask you, if one has a histamine issue but ALSO has a salicylate sensitivity, would HistamineX still be a good supplement? It's been tricky sorting through whether Rutin and Luteolin and others in that formulation are going to aggravate a salicylate sensitivity. Thanks for your insights!
I was SO intolerant that eating anything at all caused me a severe asthma attack just from the histamine released by my body to produce stomach acid. I self-diagnosed when I thought I had really bad allergies (not knowing it was eating that was the problem) to grass, leaves, mold, etc so I started fasting to reset my gut and then noticed that I was FINE as long as I didn't EAT.
My stem cell and human growth hormone production is through the roof as strongly evidenced by my majorly cut musculature. I haven't been this ripped since I was 30 and lifting weights at the gym regularly (which I'm not now, LOL). I live an active lifestyle, but WOW.
@@allhimwithme5115Can u share what menu keto you eat everyday while you battling with you histamin intolerance? i'm so bad now. Its just attack my head now. Feeling headache almost the time
Also, I learned afterwards about the importance in the relation between histamine issues and severe pregnancy vomiting. Hyperemia gravi something. I lost weight all three of my pregnancies and had to be put on Zofran. I think it was. I literally puked the entire nine months. I then ended up getting obstetric cholestasis- with ALL 3. Had to be an emergency inducted because they could have stillborn.
All three were born, perfectly healthy and chunky though!
ouch! Glad your three little ones are here ;)
Histamine issues during pregnancy are a major issue. Histamine Digest during pregnancy is something that may support you next time. www.seekinghealth.com/products/histamine-digest
Hyperemesis gravidarum
Ginger and B6 are also very useful. We have both of these in our Optimal Prenatal www.seekinghealth.com/products/optimal-prenatal-240-capsules
Thank you! I appreciate these deep dives.
Does magnesium play a role in histamine? Or do we know what role magnesium plays? Seems like many of the histamine symptoms also respond well to magnesium.
(Migraines, anxiety, pms, muscle spasms, etc.)
ROLE
Yes
Hey Dr. Lynch, my naturopathic doctor started me on the histaminx probiotic and I’ve had horrendous symptoms from it? What could this mean? Should I stop taking, start with smaller amounts? I’m not sneezing nearly as much but horrible bloat and anxiety.
Could glutathione have a relationship to why sometimes my bowel movements smell like perm solution (hydrogen peroxide)?
How much is a lot of quercetin? It’s in my preworkout so I get 1000mg per day.
I take it on empty stomach and the food take to long to be delivered like 15 minutes and I stared feeling really jittery not good, so I never take itmore than 5 minutes before food.
Thank you for sharing! Interesting feedback. Noted!
Love your work! I only have 1 complaint. I do not eat pork for religious reasons. I would LOVE your histamine block products, please consider sourcing through beef🙏
You're not alone. I have tried sourcing DAO from other things but pork has the highest DAO level of animals which is why it comes from pork. You can use ProBiota HistaminX after dinner and also HistaminX any time of day. www.seekinghealth.com/products/histaminx
@@DrBenLynch that is not helping. I also take histaminix. I need to heal my gut, but all foods suggested flair up my histamine response. I am day 26 into a water fast that will last 40 days.
I cannot tolerate l glutamine. Is that the same as glutathione? I can only eat meat without a major reaction since having Covid. It’s scary!
Thank you so much!
How many times a day would be need to take Histaminix during pollen season? Does one serving cover us for the whole day?
I'd combine Histamine Nutrients with HistaminX. That's the best combination. It depends on your total histamine load - and the time of your cycle as well. Higher estrogen makes histamine intolerance worse. Start with 1-2 capsules of Histamine Nutrients in the morning along with 1 capsule of HistaminX. www.seekinghealth.com/collections/histamine-intolerance-supplements
@@DrBenLynch Thank you for taking the time to respond to me.
Is there a link between achy muscles and histamine intolerance? I take a magnesium supplement daily (magnesium tauraat, which also contains some P-5-P), but it only helps a bit.
Your diet ?❤.
I tried your ProBiota Histaminx and it gave me a histamine reaction…my hands and fingers turned bright red within a very short period after taking one capsule. Is this normal?
I had a horrible reaction to the histaminx probiotic. Increased itching, bloat and anxiety.
What kind of histamine for hives?
I have found that sucking liposomal glutathione (200mg daily is enough) promotes early morning sleep (REM sleep). This is very good for clearing the head. It empties the “histamine bucket” at the start of the day. It’s also great for dreaming!
So it helped u to get rid of high histamine
Sucking liposomal glutathione definitely gets it across the BBB. One night's sleep then resets the brain fog, mental fatigue and the vulnerability to daytime sleep back to zero. I think that it involves histamine but only in the brain. Triggers that cause typical IgE type allergic responses elsewhere in my body are not effected by sucking liposomal glutathione. I'm going to try swallowing liposomal N-AC next.
Please try the liposomal glutathione, I'm sure I'm not the only person who benefits from this.
@@ChrisJohn-dg8mz thanks for reply mate, where do you buy ur product from?
Do the G.P also prescribe them for ur adhd or you just take it on your own.
Do you take the liposomal glutathione before bed or when you wake up in the early morning?
It's nearly a year since I discovered this. I suck 200mg of liposome-dissolved glutathione first thing in the morning and I get the benefit 24 hours later. Delicious dreamy REM sleep. I have been sleep-deprived for as long as I can remember so this really surprised me. So far I have not found any other antioxidants that can do this. I take Kaempferia Parviflora (600mg) when I need a boost. It's a PDE inhibitor so it inhibits mast cells. Please try these and then comment.
Brilliant man..
I too am taking Zyrtec. I currently do not have anything to replace it hence why I am here. Hopefully this video helps!
My question is why do people who get covid randomly get a histamine issue. I can’t handle it at all and it was severe at one point giving me anaphylaxis like episodes for like 8 months after infection. I never once had a histamine problem in my life before this.
spike protein is extremely pro-inflammatory. I suspect you would benefit from vitamin D and glutathione to help support a healthy calm immune system.
@@DrBenLynch thank you! I defiantly will. You should look into this. There is people being diagnosed with MCAS after the infection which is odd. Hopefully it ends soon! Even with DAO and antihistamines I can barely eat.
Is this the potential reason for why I can’t drink alcohol anymore?
Somebody mentioning nosebleeds! Its been difficult to figure out what's going on with that for me. Thinking it's an endothelial issue but listening to this, I'm thinking the histamine problem is likely the culprit.
So what does he recommend taking?
I've been trying to help heal myself...my dr keeps raising my bcomplex for homocysteine kennel being a tadbit high bit b12 / folate is low. With these changes, I'm getting worse & worse with itching, nausea headaches & irritability. I'm now realizing these are is
histamine reactions. I've
been using seeking health & I'm stopping the methyl guard she prescribed which has really pushed me over the edge...pretty sure I have the mthr gene & it's not helping actually. Just found your channel... thank you for what you do. i need help! What do you recommend I do to get more help...links, I'll get your book- anything else?
So, if I take histamine blocker plus.
.I don't need regular histamine block? Also, with changing to this one - can I eliminate the individual supplements that are listed (pqq. samE & the b-minus)? I'm trying to eliminate some of my supplements - so if so...that would be great!
