I took some of this the other day I was wired and extreme brain fog. I only took about 1/5 of the recommended dose. It was def detox symptoms. I never had more energy in my life. I had no anxiety. If the world fell down around me I wouldn’t have been bothered. I had a feeling of being connected to the world which if you know with disease of any kind this is a feeling you crave. If anyone is thinking of trying this do but start small and build up would be the advice from my personal experience. Good luck x

Instead, I can occasionally, gently sip on real wine, the one with only natural occurring sulfites without suffering side effects.

I’m happy to get an answer from anyone that knows the answer to my question. I am lower in potassium than sodium but I feel great when taking extra sodium because of my adrenals I tend to lose sodium. I do have electrolyte powder for adding to water, but that makes me more tired then usual. I tolerate the homeopathic potassium before going to bed, any form I’ve tried makes me tired. The small amounts too. I would love to hear some feedback on this. I was told potassium must be taken with sodium to get absorbed. I still don’t understand why I react this way.

Mitkus RJ, Hess MA, Schwartz SL. Pharmacokinetic modeling as an approach to assessing the safety of residual formaldehyde in infant vaccines. Vaccine 2013;31:2738-2743.
The authors estimated the levels of formaldehyde in blood and total body water following exposure to formaldehyde-containing vaccines and compared them with endogenous background levels. (Formaldehyde is a natural product of single-carbon metabolism.) Following a single intramuscular dose of 200 micrograms of formaldehyde, which is equivalent to the amount of formaldehyde received from DTaP, Hib, IPV, and hepatitis B at a single office visit, formaldehyde was completely removed from the site of injection within 30 minutes. Peak concentrations of formaldehyde in blood were estimated to be less than 1 percent of the level of formaldehyde naturally produced by the body. The authors concluded that formaldehyde in vaccines is safe.

I just recently started taking a sublingual form of Glutathione. I also take electrolytes everyday I do like to take glutathione when I have brain fog. I take less than the recommended dose by half and I only take it when I seem to be in the fog zone. If I take it everyday I start having side effects
. I have been on electrolytes for a coupe of years to keep my blood pressure up. I do some times skip a day with it to see what happens. It is not worth it for me to skip with electrolytes. If I run out of course I have to skip it but I try to not run out. If I do run out glutathione does seem to help.

So did I basically just waste $50 on a bag of NAC because I most likely have mycotoxins in my home? I went from being excited about discovering NAC to being confused and frustrated. I just wanted something that would help the asthma and it sounded like it was great for soooo many other things. Think I jumped the gun with this purchase.

For you, Ben - indoor species, good point there at the start. You appear rather pale, I wonder whether it is just an artefact of lighting? Are you practising this indoors dominant living pattern yourself?
I've been spending more and more time outdoors over recent years, before that I was hardly ever outdoors - thoroughly sunlight-deficient and had frequent migraine episodes (> once per week). I have been eating very little carbohydrates too over more than five years ... and there are many other confounders apart from this, but at any rate, virtually migraine free for several years now.
If it's true that water holds electrolytes, and electrolytes hold water, and potassium is predominantly intra-cellular (within-cell), perhaps it is a matter of controlling the water with electromagnetic radiation. Are you familiar with Philippa Wiggins and her work?
