  • Here is a cool little trick using Superior Drummer 3 to get your articulated parts of your drum kit to it's own fader where you can apply processing.

    Good tip, can use with any articulation or with room mics to combine different kit pieces. If use pc keyboard ctrl+alt shows the preview pad in any screen, is very helpful

    Why is the sidestick channel strip for 'sidestick top' different from the channel strip for the 'sidestick bottom' ?

      It’s supposed to separate the snare so you have more control over the top and bottom as separate entities, that you can then blend into the kit / mix.
