But Problem is when Multi output instrument are linked to different instrument track all volume fader are linked together with the channel 1 in arranger. If I increase or decrease the fader other than channel 1 doesn't work. MIXer fader only solution.
Started using studio one since version 1, left and came back for 4 and 5 and boy oh boy I love it
Same here , I found Studio One 2 pretty clunky but glad I made the switch after 4.6.2 . Couldn't be happier
Thank you for this. "Clunky", arcane, archaic for NI are all optimum choice words. In 2023, Native Instruments is 16 years behind everyone else with DPI as they continue to blame their 3rd party vendors. This includes Kontakt with a Max 1440 DPI. Excellent presentation Gregor to work with the lonely vendor exception.
This DAW has absolutely everything I need to make music. And much much more
Bro I started in FL Studio since 2005, I moved thru Pro Tools, Ableton, Logic, Maschine, etc. This is the one that is it all. Once I got to Studio One 5 I found everything I need all in one place.
Studio 5 does have so much more than most DAWs but i find that it can't really handle itself. I often cant even playback my projects bc Studio One seemingly cant handle it, that is my only complaint though
@@arbyscurlyfries9490 I do orchestral composing and have literally hundreds of tracks in my template with plugins on all of them. It handles it fine. You must be doing something wrong or running it on a gimped PC
Great tutorial, I finally know now how to do it ;)
I literally was trying this with battery yesterday. I was able to explode pitches and get multiple tracks but they only showed as 1 channel in the mixer. This was what I was looking for. Another great tutorial
you da man Gregor! this was super useful
Hi Gregor,
In Superior Drummer 3 there is a button marked mixer at the top LHS when the mixer is open, select this and you have a choice of how to set up SD3, either Stereo or Multitrack. Multitrack assigns everything for you so you don't need to assign them. Then you just do what you show to expand the channels etc.
Regarding Superior Drummer 3 and @4:10 (approx.), I find it faster to click on the "Mixer" drop-down list in the top left of the Mixer page (next to "Channel Effects" drop down list), and choose multi-out...all the busses in SD3 will then be sent to different channels (and, e.g., snare top and bottom to one channel, all the toms to one channels, etc.). Be aware, though, when you Transform to Audio the tracks in the Arranger view might be in reverse order of the Channels (that happens to me every time); it's not that hard to drop them back into the same order (e.g., Kick, Snare, etc.).
damn i spent ages tryna figure out why it wasnt creating new tracks like it used to when now i find its on purpose. This DAW never ceases to amaze man. only things it needs - FULL automation of ALL parameters and for undo and redo to cycle through all changes on every parameter, like you can on Reason. Also for some more stability - the amount of times studio one crashes for no reason is brutal
Studio One and Reason Rewire combo is KILLER
unless you create the track expanding instrument to track is tricky. The note are put in the track and is confusing. I just leave the one track. I also like to bounce them to audio as well
I wish you made this into a series for people who are trying to use kontakt and maschine etc. specifically. I really am lost
Nice one Gregor 👍 Especially with the Kontakt set up Thank
Thanks, this was helpful. Is there any way to get Superior drums onto mono tracks in Studio One? I do not want my kick, snare, hi hat, etc to be stereo. But mono tracks in Studio One cannot ‘see’ the Superior Drummer outputs since they are stereo…?
The tip to use Kontakt AU versus VST is VERY helpful.
This is the tut I've been needing! Thanks!!!!
Now we need support for VSTs with multiple inputs . Can't believe Studio One still misses such functionality.
Its sad when StudioOne is the only DAW I can't use certain Vocoders or effects because StudioOne doesn't have multi-input. One plugin basically says "complain to StudioOne".
@@peterjohnjoseph it's sad that other DAWs that do what Studio one can't; can't do what studio one does. just keep bombarding the forums. Ther improvement come from there. These packages are huge and it is a great task to keep up.
You are using a hotkey to rename tracks ? Can find it in keyboard shortcuts menu...
Exactly what I've been searching for. Thanks Gregor!!!
Love these videos, super helpful and the BEST intro an advertisement to Studio One
Thank you so very much! -GBY
Another good tip is to save your multi out vst setups eg Kontakt as a Multi in Studio One. This way you can drag and drop the whole pre configured setup from the browser every time.
I needed this 3 days ago but know I have a reference for when I forget, very much appreciated
I cant uncheck kt st1 after i check the 4 aux boxes kt st 1 is grayed out...
Gregor you are a Godsend, thank you for this!
still no strereo to mono tracks directly into S1 from Superior Drummer 3.
this is literally EXACTLY what i was looking for! gregor is a fucking genius!
How to colour the aux mixer channel and how to arrange it as a group in studio one 5?
This is timely info, will come in handy this weekend - thanks!
regarding kontakt, i dont get this. at 6:36 you say that the example shown in the video is for 4 outputs in total, which somehow makes it sound that you are just choosing to use 4, and one can follow the same example to use more outputs, but is this not possible (with the vst) version? how do i add more aux channels within kontakt (vst version) to have additional outs?
Hi, in the instant 7:52. The "Kt. st. 1" is greyed. I can't disable it. :( It's really frustrating. Any help?
This is great, but is there a method to use mono instead of stereo. For kick and snare I’d like mono channels outputs, but both Superior Drummer and Kontact only allow stereo multi outs. I was wondering if maybe Studio One allowed me to route a stereo channel to a mono channel?
The Kontakt info is much appreciated. NI get your act together! 😔✋🙏
Check my comment above for Kontakt ;)
Oh man Kontakts bullshit is always irritating me. As a composer I use a *lot* of Kontakt libraries, but its such a pain in the arse to route.
Hi! Thanks for the info. It is very useful.
I would like to get more info about when I have that instruments into a group / folder channel. It is a bit annoying because that outputs channels are out of the channel folder in the mix. Even more when I have a lot of instruments in a project and they are in a different group folders, like battery, synths, etc.... And each folder has different instruments and tracks. Thanks !!
I didn't know you could select your channel in the plugin, but you forgot that creating channels in studio one in done in the mix screen on the far lower left click on istr. The instrument window if not already created will show, and under your drums, click the drop down arrow. Now all your channels you created in the plugin will appear. all you have to do is select the channels you want to use and you're set.
hi. i have a problem, my pc can't detect superior drums plug in. the superior drums standalone is working, but i can't find it in instrumen output in studio one 5. help me..
Hi Gregor I do not get option to uncheck the Kt.st.1 box for some reason , this is very frustrating as I donot get option to assign my tracks to different mixer channel to use different effect.
for some reson why i load impact xt it makes no tracks and i can put them in the sounds are not assigned to them... how to i assign them???
Great...so how do I track audio from the virtual mixer channels to actual audio tracks...!
How do you show (for instance) the Superior Drummer picture in the plugin browser? I can only see pictures of plugins with Presonus native plugins.
All you gotta do for Kontakt is create as many stereo and mono (and even surround) outputs as you will ever might need (by using "+" button in output section and "-" button to delete unnecessary ones [can't delete auxes though]), name them to your liking, assign the outputs (there are 64 outputs, just don't look at the names, count from top, names will change next time you open Kontakt) and inside Presets/Batch Configuration menu - Save current output section state as default for All Formats. Now completely remove Kontakt instrument and add it again and you will have named outputs instead of aux 1,2 etc. I actually remapped aux channels to the last 8 outputs. Here's an example ibb.co/PgRg5f6 enough for drum libraries. I like to have mono channels stay mono in S1 mixer, and for that to work - center the panpots for close mics inside library mixer.
Hope that saves someone some time for creative stuff 😉
This approach does not work in the Vst2 version of Kontakt 6 for MacOS. -GBY

Hi Gregor,
This is working perfect, I own SD 3.0. But I have a question. If I have b.e Descent sampler loaded as a plugin (instrumet track), I just hit bounce ande the MIDI notes will be "converted" to an audio track. But is it also possible with SD 3? I created, as you shown, five different instrument channels in my mixer, works perfect. But my track list only contains one track with all the different MIDI notes for SD3. So, is it possible to create an audio track for my kick, snare hi-hate etc. seperately?
Regards,
Mark Hofland
i can't disable the stereo out, whenever using SD 3 or Kontakt, or any VST that support multiout, how can I disable it ? it greyed out and can't be click
hi Gregor, tried to instal may akai midimix but didnt work,i tried to use it as a mackie control device but didnt work either, and programming every control bij hand would be a pain in the *ss,also,if i link every (8) slider to a mixer slider,i dont have any idea to link the buttons (bank left/bank right) to choose a new pair of 8 mixer sliders, can you help me with a solution or is there no solution for this mixer, thanx
In relation to superior why is every channel a stereo channel? Kind of silly to have stereo direct kick, snares and Toms. Would love to have an option to make these channels mono.
I am curious about this as well...........
If you don’t need the room sound that it’s recorded in you don’t need stereo, otherwise you do.
@@Piedscooter1 workaround is use dual pan and put both sides to center, but would be a lot better to not have to do that.
@@NakulKrishna room overheads and ambient mics all come in on separate channels (mostly in stereo but a good mono room mic can add magic too). Direct mics are typically mono mics and thus should be mono instances.
@@joeydego2 true. I don’t have superior but it’s something I assumed one would need the stereo for. Maybe there is some kind of stereo information even on the close mics that people might want
is this option available in studio one 5.2 artist?
Unfortunately when Impact is part of man Multi-Instrument it seems to not working anymore. I can route the individual Pads to different Outputs, but can't change it within the Inspector.
I switched to Studio One more than a year ago for several reasons. Routing, however, is not one of them. I think the lack of one-to-one relations between tracks and channels in Studio One is a wrong design decision. I have literally spent days figuring out how to make tracks and channels work together. Particularly as I use a folder tracks synced between the the two to focus on instruments needing attention. In Reaper and Cubase that was straight forward. In Studio One it is a pain.
I wish Presonus would make some optional setting so that Studio One automatically creates synced tracks and channels. Those who prefer the flexibility of not having this could go on as usual. For the rest of us life with Studio One would be so much easier.
Along similar lines, I also miss having several midi channels in the same track. All other DAWs I am acquainted with have this.
Hi Tom, thanks for your feedback. I do like the idea of adding some kind of "Right Click -> Add Volume Automation Tracks for selected Channels" command in the Mixer, which would ensure that you can always maintain a 1:1 relationship quick and easy, if that is what you really want. I'm going to discuss it with the team.
Please note that you can set Midi Input channel to "Omni" to send out to all available midi channels at once. Perhaps you could tell me a use case where you would need to control only MIDI channels 3 and 8 from one Instrument Track, and why? -GBY

re: superior track splitting, is it possible to save a template once split so you can recall it in future songs?
Thank you Gregor, that was very helpful. Would you be so kind and could explain how to map drums in kontakt like abey road drums which are taken from Yamaha sinth and than played in Studio One, and get the same mapping what is in Yamaha PSR 770 or other late Yamaha PSR series instruments. Because I can't find how to map drums and work properly.
what about kontakt 7? if i use a midi drum fom kontakt how can i have all the channel on the mixer? ( snare kick...)
This is so great....question what about sampletank from IK..... I load a neil peart drum set into ST but I have no idea how to output that in a similar fashion.
How do I render the separate outputs of a multi-channel instrument to separate audio tracks?
Do you have a video explaining how to record an acoustic drum kit on Studio one, with an interface?
Hello! Im trying to use impact XT to record drum pads, my idea is to record, for example kick and snare at the sime time with my MIDI keyboard, but in separate MIDI clips, for each impact out. I have already 8 channel outputs from impact xt but when i set the tracks to record midi... the notes get recorded in all of them, not separated... :(
There is some workaround for this?
Thank you guys for your videos, really awesome
Hi All, I am Not able to deselect the 1st multi-stereo output over the four Aux channels which is shown in the video at 7:50. Please help me how can I deselect that. Thanks in advance
If on PC, skip the de-select and Aux approach. Simply assign the outputs as he describes. Save the new default Kontakt. Exit out of S1 or out and back in for the Kontakt instance. And then actual output pairs show up. No silly aux workaround. If Mac, I don't know.

Very useful, thank you. Especially the Kontakt part. My next thought with this workflow - is there any way to bounce each individual output for stemming/editing purposes? Preferably, not by exporting solo-ed mixdownd, but right in the session (as in - "Transfer to Audio"). That would be huge, thanks
Hi Tripplexis, yes, you absolutely can. You can either use "Export Stems" with the check box "import to track" ticked and then select the Instrument channels you want to bounce on the left, or you can use the "Transform to Audio Track" by right clicking on any Instrument Track assigned to your Multi Out instrument and ticking the option "Render all Channels". Thank you again, this was helpful. Is there a way to save this layout into a preset? (I mean, one instument with separate lanes for each sample, in the edit window)
@@ДмитроБарабаш-в2д Not quite sure but maybe a folder track can do it.
Gregor, it's always risky asking questions on a 6-month-old video, but here goes. Your tutorial focuses on Impact. Does Presence also have multi-channel output capabilities?
Related, I've been trying to save multi-output routing for drum VIs with musicloops. It worked with some and not others. Superior Drummer 3 and Addictive Drums 2 are the 2 main ones where the routing didn't save with the musicloops.
Any insight you can provide would be appreciated. Any settings I should check?
Hi Bezo, try recalling your routings by saving them in a Song that you can then add as a Tab in Studio One's File Browser for quick access. From there, you can drag and drop your multi output setup into any Song that you're currently working on. For more information, refer to my Studio One minute covering this: ruclips.net/video/cLYcfhqRHPk/видео.html

@@presonus thanks for the replay! Please tell me this is available in v4.6.2. I guess I will find out.
@@presonus thanks! I've been looking for a way to do this, off and on, for quite some time. The simplest way went under my radar.
I still hope Presonus gets around to adding multi-out routing to preset saves as it would be quicker and more efficient.
But this is great. Thanks again!
Another insightful tutorial, Gregor, vielen Dank! I was already familiar with how to set up SD3 in S1, but the Kontakt part of it is incredibly helpful, and as usual, there were some aspects of S1's flexibility that I hadn't yet learned, even after all my years of using it, like saving a setup as a default preset.
One request, though : as SD3, in spite of repeated requests on their forum, seem to refuse implementing mono outs on any other DAW than Cubase/Nuendo, could a future update of S1 be made to include split stereo outs for VST instruments? Especially in SD3's case, this would be very handy, as you'd get to double the outputs from 16 to 32, making it a lot easier to process each instrument in a kit separately outside of SD3. It would be really helpful to have that functionality.
It seems like I follow your steps and I dont get the same results... example: when I drag impact to make the track...I do not see faders for the instruments thats set as defalt...nothing shows up other than the impact screen.
All I see is Channel:
Impact St 1, however the PAD's in Impact already have names... I believe something is being skipped in your video.
Will duplicating the channel consume more CPU power ?
How do you export drum individual instruments in Superior Drummer 3 to mono in Studio One 5.... Seems like the only choice is stereo and i need my kicks, snares, toms etc to be mono.
please advise as this is so frustrating.
Hi Ed, Superior Drummer 3 does not come with Mono Channels for some reason, but fortunately Studio One makes it incredibly easy for you to convert any stereo file to mono within seconds. Right click the Instrument Track that's assigned to Superior Drummer 3 and choose "Transform to Audio Track". Make sure to tick "Render All Channels" there. After rendering, simply click on the stereo icon on the track to turn it into a mono track ( See Screenshot: www.dropbox.com/s/yj5ojh9glml7olo/Screenshot%202021-01-12%20at%2016.57.46.png?dl=0 ). You can now go ahead and export the Stems. To do this, open up the "Export Stems..." menu and proceed as you normally would. Finally, make sure that the option "Preserve Mono Tracks" is ticked. Hope this helps! -GBY
thanks for the reply... when i click on transform to audio tracks, the option to " Render All Channels " is not present. I know how to transform to audio, and have never seen that option before... where is it ? also, often times the mono to stereo icon is not visible... Please advise, thanks.
@@edmazur2084 this option will only show up if you actually have multiple channels set up. The Stereo Icon will only show up on Audio Tracks, not Instrument Tracks - If you cannot see it, the track height needs to be increased slightly. -GBY
@@presonus cool, i will check it out...there have been times when the mono/stereo icon does not show up no matter how large the track is... sometimes i would go to the edit window and it would be there.

Interesting approach. In Kontakt 5, I set up individual output configs for the 2-channel, the 8-channel and the 16-channel versions and saved them as the default output configs in Kontakt itself. But I personally doubt if I'm gonna use multiple libs inside of one Kontakt instance with the libs being routed to individual outputs. I've been "tweaking" the wrong lib so often... Thanks!
Hi Jürgen, the 8-channel and 16-channel VST2 versions do not seem to exist anymore in Kontakt 6. Hence why I'm showing the workaround in this tutorial. The Kontakt 6 VST2 does not report its outputs correctly to Studio One. -GBY
@@presonus Can you still have a - let's say - 10 mono channel and 3 stereo channel configuration in Kontakt 6, which is my default for drums, especially Studio Drummer?

Maybe Kontakt VST is "fixed" now in 6.7, but there is no need to use the Aux sliders. Rather, the Aux channels by default are shifted over (or can be overwritten) to make way for additional stereo output pairs through the process shown in the video (prior to the part where he talks about the Auxes -- just skip that).
Hey Gregor, great tutorial as always/ Ive been trying and havent found a solution, in the mixer, when you have multiple channels using the same instance of an instrument, ex SD3, is there a way to separate the channels in the mixer and move them around? For example, Kick is SD 1/2, Snare is SD 3/4 and i want the snare to be all the way to the right of my channels separate from my kick and other SD3 elements but they move as a whole. Is there a keyboard shortcut or hidden checkbox I can use to separate them? TIA
Hi Sergio, you need to create an instrument track for each channel in that case, this can be achieved quickly and effectively with the cmd+click/drag (Mac) / ctrl+click/drag (Windows) method I'm demonstrating in this video. Once you've done so, you can reposition Instrument channels freely - Even if they are part of the same Instrument. -GBY
They move together bc they are all still connected to the one instance. How you seperate them to move them you right click on your pattern. Got to instrrumernt and youll see explode pitches. It will then seperate them from the 1 instance and you can move them around in the mixer. However your drums wont be on 1 track anymore. So if yiu have kick. Snare. Hat. Percussion. Youll will now have 4 differernt tracks. I prefer working like this instead of all sounds on 1 track. But multiple channels in the mixer. Explode the pitches you then can move it all around.
Nobody ever answers the Mono outs from Superior Drummer 3 into Studio One 6 question. Why can't Studio one see the mono in from SD3? I have never had one person ever answer this. Pro Tools can make a full mono in DIRECTLY from SD3. Not a makeshift round about way but a direct mono in. S1-6 can only see a stereo in no matter how you create the in.
How do you use effects that have multi input and multi output? How do you make the mixer hide based on the folder of the main instrument? It seems like I need to make one track per channel if I want to show/hide mixer channels based on the folder.
Hi Ian, that is correct - if you want to show/hide your mixer channels with a folder track, then you need to make sure that the folder is actually hiding those channels to begin with. This can be done very easily by quickly adding automation lanes for every channel you want to hide in the Mixer along with the Track in the Song (which might not be every channel)! To do this, click on the respective volume fader and then hit alt+a (Windows) / option+a (Mac). Then select the newly created Automation lanes with shift+Leftclick and drag them to your Track folder. Voila! -GBY
Thank you for this video, Gregory!
I have a question. Once I expand the stereo channels of Kontakt in my mixer, I cannot control the faders individually. If I move one fader, others will follow. Do you know what it might be?
I guess you've just activated all the ouput channels of kontakt, but haven't bind you tracks to these channels one by one. You have to assign each track to different kontakt output channels(in default every track assigns to instrument output channel 1/2). You can press F4 open the inspector menu, there will be a section of "Out \ In \ Channel". Once you assign a track to a specific channel output, this track will not affected by other channel's fader. Hope you sort it out.
Also would be great to get bus channels within these VI multichannels. If I have snare top and bottom on separate channels, my snare bus is way at the end of all the drum channels and it can’t be moved within.
Hi Bruce, no, this is totally possible. You just have to disable that bus channels are always shown on the right of your Mixer Console. You will find this option in the Mixer options. -GBY
@@presonus I’ll try again. I’m aware of that setting but can never get them in between VI channels.
Hi Bruce, try representing your Bus Channel in the Track List by either adding an Automation for it (Volume, for example), or adding a Folder Track that you link to this Bus Channel. Then move that Bus channel track in the desired order, and you should definitely be able to achieve any kind of sorting that you desire. -GBY

Hi Gregor, I am a big fan of you and your tutorials! As an expert, you may be able to open my eyes on an issue I experience with Studio one for some time. how do I save multi-timbral vst instruments with several midi channels? the only work around I have come up with so far, is to use the import song data from the song menu. this enables me to select the parts and midi channels from a vst in another song and add them to the song I am working on. there must be a more simple and direct way to save a muti-timbral vst and open it from the browser (F5) unless this could be a request for the next update in Studio one? Looking forward to your feedback! :)

= I was assigning each single instrument of EZDRUMMER 3 to an output channel in studio one 6 ..from 1/2..3/4 …5/6..until 31/32 than then I can assign to no more channels in studio one 6 because studio one 6 has only 16 channels for outputs..
=== so my Question how can I add more channels in studio one 6 that way I can assign all the instruments of my mixer of
EZDRUMMER 3 ?
I really like your channel. Good job ..love and peace ✌️
Thanks for the video. I tried to make Kontakt work so I could use The Free Orchestra but was very dissatisfied with the outcome. This whole process is far too complicated for me, as a total amateur. Other VST's have been a breeze to set up but this is awful to install. I deleted Kontakt and all it's content altogether after this whole waste of time fiasco.
Hey Gregor, later on another video could you show how to accelerate Mixdown... My 64gb RAM & 16-core CPU is only using 12% when exporting or bounce (mixdown). Another thing is CPU usage on Studio One is almost full (90%) with highest buffer settings 4096, while Windows Task Manager says about 26% CPU usage. Thanks
Task Manager is reporting CPU usage for all cores combined, whereas Studio One is probably reporting CPU usage specifically for its real-time audio thread which in most DAWs is limited to a single CPU core.
Now, I know, we can create a Multi-Instrument and send just this multiout-instrument to that multi-instrument and thus the expand button of the multi-instrument willbasically lwork to declutter the mixer.
But what would be really awesome, is, for all multi channel instruments,
We will have one track (by default) exactly like what happens now, but in the mixer, we will get one channel with an expand button (like the ones we get with the Folder Bus).
So, here is what I thought.
Let's say we bring Impact XT with 8 channels(stereo).
So, in the mixer, we will have one channel called Impact XT and this special(special because it doesn't exist yet) multi output channel will have an expand button. When we expand that channel, we get 8 stereo channels of Impact XT. So in essence, the special multi output channel will work like a summing bus cum folder for all the 8 channels. Lets say, I have kick, snare, hi hats, 3 toms, Crash and Ride on Impact XT. Now the special multi output channel, named Impact XT (here, by default) will expand to show Kick, Snare, Hi hats, 3 Tom channels, Crash and Ride. Now all this children channel will be routed (by default) to the Impact XT channel.
So in my imagination, the multi-output channel (special) will act like a Summing bus cum folder for the multiple outputs of a multi-out instrument. We can add effects to the children channels (eg Kick, Snare) and we can also add effects to the mother channel (here the Impact Xt Channel which is also the special multi output channel that is essentially the summing bus) as well and any effect to the mother channel will effect the whole bus.
This is just my imagination and hope this will be implemented one day.
But thanks Gregor.
Yup! Right there with you!
yeah just in time!
glad to be of service! :) -GBY
Thank You
PLEASE presonus add audio/midi track templates and shortcuts for the input controls such as the input gain!!
Hi Giuseppe, we have both already. Search the key commands for "Show Input Controls". For Audio / Midi Track Templates, please see my latest Studio One Minute found HERE: ruclips.net/video/cLYcfhqRHPk/видео.html

Tried to download the demo of Studio One 6, but nothing happened. guess I'll stick with Ableton and Logic Pro X.
That's good but how to control multiple vst instruments with a single midi track. Like I want to make a lead with 5 instances of sylenth but I don't want to have 5 different midi track for that. I want to control all 5 vst layers just with one midi track. Help if you know 🙂🙂🙏🙏
Guessing: 5 MIDI tracks all assigned to OMNI. So the sounds are layered. Then pack to a folder. Make the folder a Bus. You would see 1 folder in the Arranger and 1 Bus in the Mixer.
How did you bring up the pattern window
Right click on your midi event and choose insert pattern

I enjoy Studio one, but chosen workflow for "multi-channels" and patterns (edit names & colours) for drum VST's is very unclear. It requires the manual and some tutorials to figure out how to do to "create, store and recall my drum VST & patterns setup with correct names & colours". The current workflow is very contradicting with the ease of the "drag & drop" features. It would be great if those underlying workflows are more optimized.
U just save my life ;-)
Impact preset blank. Does not update. Artist 3.
Please check if you have Impact's content installed by clicking on the "Studio One" menu entry at the top, and then "Studio One Installations". -GBY
Thanks

Small thing but personally I'm not a fan of the switching video angels employed throughout this presentation. It's just a distraction to what is not easy stuff to get your head around in the first instance. If college lecturers in real time adopted similar slick presentation methods, we'd be scratching our heads so it's no different to online. This is not infotainment but a challenging audio tutorial. Good content nonetheless.
Kontakt is such a mongrel when it comes to configuring multiple outputs. I suspect Native Instruments are resting on their laurels with what has been for too long, considered the 'industry standard' sampler workstation. For me, UVI's Falcon bats it out the park on every conceivable level. Great video as always from Gregor. (quite possibly the least German sounding name in existence....)
much appreciated ...
Thank you thankyou
Good…good…..very good
