    These helped me lot Jerry because I’m always taking to Expired Sellers and I didn’t know what tell sellers who wanted full retail, with updated features. This helped a lot man.

    I like how Jerry instigated her imagination with what could come next after she received her check. It gives the seller a shift in mindset from selling to her next move in life. By creating this mindset shift it also makes her less likely to back out.

      Never mind, I’ve seen this before with you & RJ. I can pull leads with skip tracing but I’m not sure exactly how to start the conversation. This here was a paid lead where someone spoke to them beforehand, which makes it a bit more simplistic when conversing

    🙋🏽‍♀️Hey Jerry! Great video as always… ❓❓ I have a question for you… I have a prop that’s listed down the street from my house in a rural neighborhood. It’s a run down manufactured home sitting on 10 acres. It’s listed for $350k 🙄. It’s been listed for 92 days. No price drop. No comps in the area whatsoever… I want to call and make an offer just not sure how to comp or even figure out if it’s priced correctly… can you give me some guidance? Thanks ☺️
