Fabulous!! I browned mine in skillet before puting in Crockpot for 4 hours on high! When we came in for supper we had very tender moist stuffed chicken, with Aujus drippings!! Yum!!

Be honest... That chicken was super dry. You should've put something in the bottom of the pan and covered it with tin foil to hold the moisture. Italian dressing, some form of marinade, chicken stock, etc. That way the chicken absorbs moisture as it's cooking and makes it possible to swallow

I made this and the inside of the chicken didn't cook all the way so I had to cook it longer and the chicken was very tough and dry. It had a great flavor though.

Also, chicken cooks for about 5 mins or more after taking it out of the oven...but ofcourse I appreciate the input❤️ thermometer really helps with the over cooking!

Use a meat thermometer in the thickest part of the chicken meat. When it reaches about 160°+ take it out, put the cover back on and let it rest about 5-6 minutes. Temperature should reach the recommended 165° by this point.
