Well maybe not video wise, but there's been some really good ones on lancerregister over the years. I remember a red TME that was fully stripped and redid with al new stuff. Really detailed.

I live in a country with restrictions on parts and mechanical equipment. So watching what you do is like therapy for me. Additionally, I fell in love with cars and mechanics at a very young age. My father brought back a PS1 after a trip to Seoul with the game Gran Turismo (it was in 1997).
I spent hours on the game and I took great pleasure in modifying the cars in my garage for performance rather than looks. Now, I feel like I'm reliving the same joy as in 1997.
I work from 8 am to 7 pm. When I get home, I wait for my wife and son to go to bed to watch your videos in peace.

i met my wife when i had an evo x, she still talks about it fondly. it was pretty built even though it was rough around the edges and salvage title but i got it for 14k. it had a nasty cam and sidewinder setup on it, bunch of ets stuff as well and just a straight 3in exhaust we always joked it was just fence piping. i met one of my good friends when i had that exhaust welded up. i was always nervous about that car though, it would have intermittent problems all the time and i was not equipped to pull motors or anything like this back in the day. i dont think i would buy one now but i just might enter to win. it would match my raptor bronco and ep3 very well, being blue

I will say I have the ets intake, and an HKS dual exhaust, running a cat. and I haven't gotten a tune.
With the manual you can get away without a tune if your ebcs is still stock. If you have the Dual clutch you Need! A tune.
@@RTX007 hello, thanks for the reply! Yes, car is stock for the most part . I did have a mid pipe in there before but a check engine light would come on. But once I took that out and put the cat back in no problems. Sounded better without it though.
I don’t think I needed a tube just yet since I didn’t put much onto the car anyways. Mind me asking what ebcs is?
@@DaveBudness if you remove the cat and replace it with a mid pipe without a cat you will have a check engine light if you don’t tune it. I run a high flow cat and have a check engine light for the 02 sensor but the car runs fine. EBCS is the electronic boost control solenoid. I mentioned this because Devin has one in his car and you need a tune with this because you will overboost without a tune.
@@RTX007 thank you, I had some unknown high flow, never tuned it. It would pop on once in awhile the ‘check engine light, replaced the o2 and still show up. I didn’t know, until I took it out. Iam good now. I’ve noticed that once in a blue moon the check engine would show and I would be throwing P2195. It it hasn’t for sometime now. I will say I think I need to change my exhaust gaskets which I do from time to time. Cause boy what a smell sometimes. It kicks in when I turn the AC on. But other than that I haven’t had the light pop on. I do think I got an exhaust leak. And my electronic boost controller is still stock.

Did you make any adjustments to the BOV to make the flutter noise?
The aftermarket turbo will flutter with an intake at low throttle because it doesn’t open the bov untill a certain point. If the bov stays closed it will flutter all the time.
