NewCarTime, thank you for the excellent video! The 2025 looks SO much better than any previous years in my opinion. I have driven a V6 3.5 liter engine Accord for seven years now and the reliability of Honda is incredible! I wouldn’t think twice about buying any other manufacturer’s 2025 model truck simply because Honda’s engines are so well made! I didn’t like the visual design of the 2024 but the 2025 has caught my eye, and very possibly my purchase of this truck this fall if the price remains lower than 50k.
Hello! @jonkaminsky8382 Thank you for your comment! Your confidence in the Honda Accord's durability is really appreciated. It's really exciting that the 2025 model year looks better than expected. Not liking the visual design may be a disadvantage for 2024, but the fact that 2025 is to your liking is a significant advantage. The affordable price will also be a reason for preference.
Well, it's about time honda does something exciting. Instead of being conservative, but I do have to say I still love my 2020 honda passport elite AWD, but they need to put in a bose stero for that price.😂😂😂😂😂
If Honda keeps this design or something very close to it along with all the present features of comfort, safety, and convenience then I as a 60 year old male will likely purchase it for my personal and business use. Let’s hope they keep this look.
Honda will not be this aggressive in their design - it will come out looking like a Passport and Pilot which is a HUGE mistake. Things that need to happen to the Ridgeline #1 = Get Ride OF the Push Button Transmission it is not convenient when you are trying to back a trailer up off the road as you are blocking traffic - another thing with this is when you shift the transmission from P to D or D to R it is so slow to get in gear and when you are in a hurry it is very annoying. #2 = Make the next Ridgeline look more aggressive with a higher stance (Truck Like) and make it look different than the Pilot and Passport - these vehicles should have their own design and looks #3 = Give it at least 6000 lbs towing capacity with a built in factory trailer brake controller - almost every small camper with cargo weighs 4000 to 5000 lbs #4 = DO NOT give it the same DASH and console as the Pilot and Passport. All Honda cars that have been redesigned basically have the SAME dash now
I read your comment carefully, and I understand your demands on the Ridgeline. Here are some of my thoughts on this: 1. Push Button Transmission: Yes, this can definitely be an issue, especially when backing up a trailer, and many people have given feedback that they had trouble with this. For many, a traditional gear stick might be more convenient. 2. Aggressive Design and High Stance: I get it, you say the Ridgeline needs a sharper design and a higher stance. It's important that these vehicles look different from the Pilot and Passport, and on this point I completely agree. An original design is always appreciated. 3. Towing Capacity and Factory Trailer Brake Control: You are absolutely right that the Ridgeline's towing capacity needs to be increased. The 6000 lbs towing capacity along with factory trailer brake control can be a huge advantage for users. This increases the functionality of the Ridgeline while also ensuring safety. 4. Exterior and Interior Design Difference: Exactly, it's important that the Ridgeline has a different interior and exterior design than the Pilot and Passport. Each model should have its own character.
The push button transition works just like a stick. They are all electric. Nobody does cables anymore. I haven’t noticed any difference between pushing a button rather than using a joy stick. Once I got use to it, of course.
@@crawdaddct I know it works the same - but Honda shift time is delayed compared to Toyota or GM for example. when you back camper up off the road into your drive the push button design is not user friendly when your trying to get of the road and not block traffic. Had a Toyota Prius and it was all electronic shift and it was in gear immediately from reverse to drive - Honda especially when you have to shift to R to D to R backing a trailer up into a tight space
@@JLC-zg5rd yea have noticed you have to completely stop and give it a second. Much different than my ford where it shifts on the fly and engages as soon as it’s safe to do so.
I own a new 2025 Honda Ridgeline truck....it's really nice but it does not look like this fake AI imaged truck. It's AWD, all wheel drive with great smooth ride and it's bed is wider than Chevy Colorado, Maverick or other mid-size trucks. It comes stock with a whole host of upgrade featiures ....included for free. It's been taken over by my wife and if she loves it. Go drive a Tacoma, Maverick, Colorado....then drive the Ridgeline....you will thank me !
The Honda Ridgeline has the interior room of a '60s Chevy C10 pickup truck. It's wider than the competition. Lots more functionality. Ride and handling best in class. The two way tailgate, the trunk in the bed, the folding back seats, the back doors opening wider than the competition, competent all wheel drive, great handling, good payload, and a user friendly infotainment are the pluses. What it needs to be more perfect is the 360 cameras, exposed tow hooks, steel skid plates, auto folding rear view mirrors, step in bumpers like the GM pickups, usb connectivity for the back seats, entire 4ft wide rear window that comes down (helps with those 8ft ladders, surfboards, drywall and and plywood) , another inch in height, lighter interior colors and contrast like the Ford Maverick, 275x60x18 tires, and Ford Maverick prices. I don't care if the interior is all plastic and exposed metal just make it nice plastic like the Ford Maverick.
I read your review carefully, and thank you for sincerely sharing your views. The Honda Ridgeline's spacious interior, functionality and ride quality are truly commendable. Regarding the additional features you requested, I have taken note of your suggestions such as 360-degree cameras, steel tow hooks, auto-folding rearview mirrors and USB connectivity. These additions can further enhance the practicality and ease of use of the vehicle. I hope they will be able to fulfill your requests in this production.

The New Tacoma is entirely too expensive - I think WAY over priced compared to the Chevy, GMC and Frontier. Honda needs to up their game with the Ridgeline - currently you can get an absolutely loaded Ridgeline for 45 - $46,000 - The Tacoma goes above 50 grand
I received your comment. You think the Ridgeline looks great, but you predict that it will be even more expensive than the TRD Tundra and Tacoma Trailhunter models. Your concern about prices is a legitimate one. In terms of price-performance, such comparisons are important. But could it be worth paying a little more for excellent looks and performance? Compared to other options on the market, which features of the Ridgeline make it more attractive to you? Despite the price point, what is it about the features and performance of this vehicle that attracts you? Feel free to share your comments!
I have carefully reviewed your comment and I understand your concerns about the price. Indeed, the price of the Toyota Tacoma can be quite high compared to other competing models. Buyers may be tempted by the fact that other brands offer vehicles with similar features and performance at more affordable prices. However, it's interesting to hear your views on the price and value of the Honda Ridgeline. At $45-46,000 for a fully-equipped Ridgeline, it does indeed seem like a considerable advantage.
Seems like this " Truck " needs a lot of extras to give it the look that's portrayed , here. I'm thinking that'll jack the price up a lot higher than the already hefty cost of this vehicle. I know Hondas are a traditionally good vehicle , but I wonder how it compares to the Ram , Chevy or Fords when it comes to using it as a truck. It does look nice , shown here though.
“Leaves will crunch under its tires as onlookers gasp in awe…” Seriously, WTF? It’s like they used ChatGPT and directed it to match similar marketing to that of the early 1990’s. The whole add is terrible. Much better looking than before, however… Tacoma TRD OffRoad all day.

I have : )
Looks awesome but will cost even more than the TRD Tundra and Tacoma Trailhunter models.
At $45-46,000 for a fully-equipped Ridgeline, it does indeed seem like a considerable advantage.
hi dear please tell me how you create these types of images please reply
Hello google and canva
wich software you are using to create these car images
I'm looking for Google one by one
Debuted in 2006
Did it look like this in 2006?
@@newcartime it won't look like that in 2025 either
I wish such videos were shot by professionals.
Isn't that what I am? : (
I love the brand but I want a frame not unibody and 4 wheel drive not all wheel drive. V8 too.
I hope it works out the way you want it to.
@@newcartime it did, bought a Chevy Trail Boss. It shares driveway with a 2022 Honda CR-V AWD Hybrid Touring model. Each has a thoughtful purpose.
Killing me with these Chat gpt scripts
me too, but there's no other way.
It does look nice , shown here though.
thank you for your beautiful and meaningful comment
This is what the original Ridgeline look like
yes
“Leaves will crunch under its tires as onlookers gasp in awe…” Seriously, WTF? It’s like they used ChatGPT and directed it to match similar marketing to that of the early 1990’s. The whole add is terrible.
Much better looking than before, however… Tacoma TRD OffRoad all day.

Obrigado, senhor
Missed the mark... everyone is over those numbers by now ..
There's nothing to do
If they build it I'll buy one. So, I'm not planning to buy one 😒.
I hope you can get it
@@newcartime I can't get what will never be built.

No way Honda goes with that concept...assuredly not in 2025 ...2025 model is just mild repfresh
definitely like this
@@newcartime This is one of 5 or 6 concept art renderings claiming to be the 2025 Ridgeline...this is the most extreme version...why is THIS ONE definite and not the others?
اصل الصفقه باظط نطلع بقي انهااا مجنونه 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
😂😂😂
A very nice worded presentation by the PR Team. But it didn't really show the truck to the point I would want to buy it.
I will share a better quality and more informative video in the next video.
🧐 😎
😁
Cost too much
may be
DAMN 👀
thank you
That front end really surprised me 😲👍👍
This truck I would be interested in buying, unfortunately it looks like it “all hat and no cattle.”
