    Today started with no motivation at all but I showed up and crushed it!💪🏻 I even did the fire hydrants with weights for the first time…I’ve always been afraid of dropping them. So first round no weight, then 5 lbs and then 10 lbs

      Same here! I could not make it all the way through the core finisher without taking breaks. I want to get to the point of no breaks ☺

      Good goal! I crushed it until the last two minutes also. I struggle with hand planks. Forearms for days...but hands...shakes!

    That last plank challenge was a true challenge. I wasn't sure I'd make it to the end but I fought through it with modifications. One day I hope my core is strong enough to do it all. I'll keep working toward that goal.

    Due to a low back injury years ago, I have to do a lot of plank modification. I worked the same muscles, but just with mods. If you have to modify for ANY reason, it's okay!! You're still doing the work. You're still working the muscles. You're not a failure or taking the easy way out. You're listening to your body and doing what is best for you and your body!!!     First work out in a week because I had covid. It kicked me on my ass for a week. I am sooo happy i got my energy back. Proud to say though I'm almost to my goal on my second postpartum journey I'm 2 pounds to my goal! Then its maintenance and to continue with this lifestyle. Which shouldn't be hard, i have been doing Sydneys videos for 3 years. Come on everyone we got this! Here's to happy healthy lives 💪❤

    This was a good one! I LOVED feeling my core working hard during all of these moves! That slanted shoulder press is deceptive, hope everyone is lifting lighter than usual for that one!

    Stuck in bed, too sick to do much but push fluids and take a shower. Watching this and dearly wishing I was up for it and that my no-skips streak was broken this weekend. Usually I don't come back to videos I've missed, but I think I'll have to crush this week before moving on.

    Thanks for the reminder to eat enough!!! I’ve always heard you need to be in a calorie deficit, in some situations that is true. My body reminded me this weekend that I needed more food. I felt terrible my blood sugar was dropping all the time. Thanks to your program I am putting in muscle and my body requires more food. It took about 4 days of increased eating to finally feel better. We need to be reminded it is ok to eat more. Thanks for all you do!!! ❤️

    I love the focus on the core! It's a personal goal of mine since having lots of lower back pain! Physical Therapy helped me realized that I was overcompensating for weak stabilizing muscles! Thanks for being so on top of everything, Sydney!

    Fell a little bit behind in workouts due to vacation and then getting sick. Still wasn’t feeling my best today but heard Sydney saying to just show up and give it what I’ve got. I finished the workout and am feeling a tiny bit better. Thanks Sydney!

    Adjustable weights- great. I only struggled when I needed to bump up in the chest press
    This one was extra fun because there were so many moves we rarely see! Shout out to everyone that made it through the plank challenge without modifying (myself NOT included), whew!

    I needed to see Sydney working with me today. I normally just put my headphones in and take her with me to the gym and focus on myself but I needed to move my phone for every move to be able to see her working with me.
