Chilla turned out so good, my son finished 8 of them as they were coming out of my pan and i was left with non. Thank you they were delicious, the reason i say that is because my son left me half to try it. Lol.

    You can try adding kasoori methi and 2 spoon of curd, curd will add softness and remove dryness in besan, also with besan methi flavor really goes well.

      Besan flour is gram flour or channa dal flour. It is not chick pea flour

    • @anandradhakrishnan1302
      @anandradhakrishnan1302 3 месяца назад

      As per Wikipedia…
      “ Besan or gram flour is a pulse flour made from chana dal or chickpea flour (split Bengal gram) or brown/kaala chana, a chickpea. It is a staple ingredient in the cuisines of the Indian subcontinent, including Indian, Bangladeshi, Burmese, Nepali, Pakistani, Sri Lankan and Caribbean cuisines.”

    1/4 tsp Flaxseed
    1 tsp Brown Rice flour
    Above items can be added directly or in the powder form

      With that it provides lot of carbs.. And that is going to raise your blood sugar and insulin level and finally shoot your insulin resistance.. Protein from plant source comes with at least 2-3 times carbs.

    Thankyou Nisa, greetings from Australia. I'm quite enjoying your pancake, it's very healthy, gluten free & yummy. I've added 1 cup of chikpea flour though because my veges were so many & I found it was a better result. The first one I forgot to add salt, but then I adjusted the taste. It's very clever how you use the spoon to make a round pattern; since my fry pan has high sides I find it's not possible for me without burning my hands. Also at first it was sticking; & I remembered you said you must season the pan well, this is true. I like your clear, pleasant presentation & information about the products. I will share this with my sister & friends.

    I have a question: can I prepare the onions, carrots and tomatoes mix and freeze it, so I can save time in the morning to make these since I have to go to work early. Also can this be eaten for dinner or is this for breakfast only? Thank you!

    Thank you for sharing such healthy recipes, ma'am. I follow your channel for such recipes. I have a query about pink Himalayan salt. I have heard that thyroid patients may not get a sufficient quantity of iodine when consuming pink Himalayan salt. Is it true? I was asked to use the regular iodised salt instead. So, please suggest.
