Absolutely amazing, love how it's so soft, do you have any idea if that brand of gluten is available in Trinidad ? Will definitely try this, may God continue to bless and anoint those remarkable hands of yours
Natasha I used the ibis whole wheat flour in Trinidad and it did not come together to make a smooth dough. When I. Am in NY I usually use King Arthur and it turns out fine. Can you recommend a Trini flour that works well.
