    awesome! did a m102 in my first turbo build. 190e 2.0. Learned a lot trying to fiddle with kjet. but as you say. Not worth the hassle!

    Thank you so much for sharing this.
    Currently working on a W124
    I was overwhelmed by looking at to many pictures, builds and projects.
    And thanks to this neat and clean setup you built
    I am convinced is the way to go

      What trans code is the 5spd manual you bought?

      @AutoAfflicted 10 месяцев назад +1

      I have 717410. I’m trying to gather knowledge for the eventual swap. Seems like the bell housing should bolt up. I believe I need an M103 manual fly wheel. May need to fab a trans mount. Modified drive line ? Not sure what else I need to anticipate.

    • @boostedbenz
      @boostedbenz  10 месяцев назад +1

      @@AutoAfflicted Bellhousing should bolt up, You’ll have to either get an m103 flywheel or weld trigger points to the diesel flywheel.
      The manual/auto crossmember is the same and the mount is the same.
      There is plugged holes in the body for the different crossmember mounting points because the trans is shorter i believe.
      If i remember correctly you need a manual front section of the driveshaft as it’s shorter, but the rear section is the same between auto/manual.
      You can buy a factory clutch pedal from Kangaroo’s Team, they sell them.
      You’ll have to find the factory shifter and linkages as there’s no aftermarket options for shifters.

    Love your videos and your build! Thanks for sharing, I have 190e 2.6 and I've started looking into the process of a future turbo build. Forgive my noob question but what are those parts on top of the valve cover? Part of the mega squirt fuel system?
