  • Arbi(Taro Root) Ke cutlets
    Ingredients
    5-6 Taro Roots (Arbi) boiled and peeled
    1 Tbsp Sago Flour(Sabudana flour)
    ½ Tbsp Curry Leaves chopped
    ½ Tbsp Green Chilli (finely chopped)
    ½ Tsp Salt (Fasting Salt)
    ½ Tsp Black Pepper
    2 Tbsp Carrot very finely chopped
    1 Tbsp Sabudana Flour
    Method:
    Mash the boiled Taro Roots .
    Add all the ingredients and mix well.
    Now add 1 Tbsp of Sabudana powder and mix well .
    Grease your hands in Oil and start making the shape.
    Take Medium Lemon sized portion and make a round shape.
    Roll it in dry Sabudana flour to get rid of sliminess and to absorb extra moisture.
    Keep them aside for 10 minutes.
    In a non-stick pan add a little Oil, and place all the cutlets in it.
    Heat should be medium. Flip them to the other side until they are golden brown.
    It takes 7-8 minutes on medium heat to get the desired golden color.
    Dip:
    Take ¼ cup of Yoghurt
    Add ½ Tsp of grated Beetroot and mix well.
    Add ¼ Tsp of Salt
