Ye navratri fast jab weather change hota hai tabhi aate hai woh bhi isiliye ki body detox hi sake isiliye kucch log liquid par kucch log fruits aur salad par fast rakhte the ancient time par ,par ab baaki ke dino mein log chahe normal khana khate hai par navratri mein oily aur fried khaate hai is se accha hai vrat hi na rakhe body aur kharab hi hogi aur agar aap sirf fruits par rakhti hai to accha hai aapki body ke liye aap ko refined sugar lene ki bhi jarurat nahi padegi body acche se detox hogi in 9 dino mein

💯 I was thinking of the same.. He’s always been like that.. if u have watched master chef india.. he’s very particular about keeping the counter clean .. he used to say to the contestants that only if they clean their counter he’ll taste the food that they cooked..

I have questions is it allow to eat cooked food during vrat.
And not even scientifically is right if we do fasting we should not eat cooked and heavy food that problem or difficult to digest that why we just eat milk, curd fruit makahana ect.
@@indiantechnology7546these foods can be eaten. And as navratra is nine days long, they need this for energy.
