Note that most parks in the Portland (Oregon) area proper seem to lack live outlets, but if you’re headed toward the coast on Highway 30, you *can* find them - and the same toward Gresham. I’ve also found that “Senior Centers” tend to have usable outlets on the outside, e.g. St. Helens, and Rainier.
I have just started watching your videos and I must say you have seen some beautiful landscape. I am thinking about getting a e-bike now in the spring and start riding some of the trail in my area( nothing like your trips though) safe travel.
I am so jealous of this trip. You do an amazing job. My first Brian style ride is this coming summer. Ebike for sure. Any ways today sucked and it was great to see this available to watch when I got home. Great job.
The Erie canal trail is beautiful - When I went thru there there were large flocks of Canada geese along and in the water. Lots of Goose doo to avoid. There are lots of Outlets along the canal to charge from. I took along my little polarity outlet checker with me on the trip, and ran across a couple of bad outlets on my run thru. I had some rain on my trip also. The bridges were handy for staying dry.
Is this one of the orange-colored testers by Klein? If so, I got one earlier this year to test outlets prior to plugging in the *Grim Satiator* (Grin Technologies) charger - and I found at least one Dud outlet in Astoria (Oregon Coast.)
Good job, Bri! Question: The appearance of THIS video looks different from others that I've watched of yours. Did you alter your camera's setting or did you use a different camera? BTW, I can't believe that "Karen" chased you! LOL! WTH?
Haha yeah totally crazy people. I passed them at like 1-2mph over what they were doing too. I noticed the same thing with the camera. Not sure why it looks different but that go pro I was using didn’t last much longer during this trip. Might have been on its way out then.
Your video stability and audio quality are great….what are you using to film? Also, when you run full-tilt on the paved trail are you ever worried about coming up on snakes? At lower speeds I still feel like I risk coming at them too quickly to stop. Was that anything you experienced?
Camped at that spot in Brockport.... great town and I wish I could have steered you to a proper place for wings! And of course you rolled through my hometown... for better and for worse it sounds like! Syracuse coming soon #goOrange
It was just him and his kid and he was talking to me. Then he literally walked over to the police station and I left. Very strange situation. I got the heck out of there.
He's back!
Hahah I am!
I was in Boston recently and I kept my eyes peeled for you Brian but no luck.
You probably missed me by a few months. :)
Some beautiful country and that waterfall looked really nice. Glad you missed the storms. Thanks for the video and take care, Al
Certainly some great views riding. Thanks as always for watching.
Looks like a great trip so far. Acoustic bike, I like that. I’m going to use that, even though that’s all I have. 😂😂
Right on! :)
The Bike Trails in the North East are very very very Cool 😎, my Brothers and Sisters.

That’s great! Thanks for watching.
If you plan on covering anything close to his mileage, you’ll wish a setup like his - which is largely self-made.

Nice! Yeah the goose doo was certainly bad in some places. Nice to have power available too.

We love you Bri! Keep the adventure coming. Been here since the Denver trip and look forward to every video!
Thank you so much!!

Is it just me or is the video darker than usual in this one?
Brian. What peddle assist level do you usually peddle?
What's your e-bike weight with gear?
What kind of bike?? Brand?
I ended up camping under a walking bridge outside Syracuse on my trip. 1/5 stars, do not recommend.
so I'm a bit lost, you saw a guy getting ready to lay hands on his wife and you ran away? I hope you at least called the cops... not cool...
