I've been too tired from my diabetes to go walking and do nothing but lie down in bed. I've got to build my muscles back up. It kills me to wash dishes. I need help@ any reccomendations so I can recover? Thanks@
Balance on one leg each time you clean your teeth.Use the sink to catch yourself if you need to.
