Yippee, this was a great version on the exercises we usually do in the standing position. I most definitely felt the core area more from the sitting position. Kudos to you April for this video. Tell Aiko, she is such an inspiration, and I was delighted to see Mochi also. I've done core chair work before. This one contained some new moves and I loved it. I happen to enjoy core routines. My abs are strong which enabled me to extend the reps of each move. I came away all abuzz and feeling great. I used this routine to supplement one of your longer routines to reach the time I allotted to exercise today. That was really interesting - I could do everything but the last one raising the legs and leaning back!!! I knew I needed to strengthen my core but that really brought it home 😳! Because of its relatively slow pace, I used this one to cool down today after doing some more vigorous cardio and strength exercises, and got a good workout for my abs/core at the same time!

This workout I've avoided because I've gained weight & my core has grown so large . Medication has caused some of it . I thank you for your invitation & encouragement so I finally began . Loved this I added this to a 20 minute kickboxing pump with another trainer. Glad to get my Mochi fix and mom put my 66 year old self to shame I couldnt get my legs and arms off the ground at the same time.

Hi i just found you guys. I hace been sick for the past 22 years after a difficult delivery of my son and a severe blood transfusion disease. I have severe Fibromyalgia and bad arthritis in every joint. I have severe pain constantly and am on lots of pain meds. Recently i found a new chiropractor and i started getting b12 injections. I have lost 35 lbs - now weigh 165lbs. So i am starting exercises and desperately need to strengthen my core. I am dojng your stretches and now core exercises. Thank u for helping me get started

thanks for your content! i’m 63, and have never really made the mind/ abdomen connection. I’m starting to, but to tighten my abdomen muscles i take a deep breath and tighten abdomen, but find it hard to take a breath for feeling like i am letting my abdomen muscles relax… for some reason this is still difficult for me. i’m working on it, standing in line or at the stove etc, but i find myself holding my breath way too much… any pointers or suggestions? my husband says to keep working on it and it will become easier then a natural thing… thanks for what you are doing!

Thank you so much for this workout. Although I am in my 30s, I live with cerebral palsy, and a lot of the core workouts I've found presuppose the ability to stand on one leg. Two sets of these movements makes me feel like I'm getting some benefit from them, so I'm looking forward to adding the third when I can do the two sets easily. For the third move (reach and then bring your arms back in) might it be worth adding some light weights to increase the effort? Many thanks, Casey

Yippee, this was a great version on the exercises we usually do in the standing position. I most definitely felt the core area more from the sitting position. Kudos to you April for this video. I've done core chair work before. This one contained some new moves and I loved it. I happen to enjoy core routines. My abs are strong which enabled me to extend the reps of each move. I came away all abuzz and feeling great. I used this routine to supplement one of your longer routines to reach the time I allotted to exercise today. I intend on doing several back-to-back of this video on a core focused day. Wonderful routine and thank you!...Anastasia

That was really interesting - I could do everything but the last one raising the legs and leaning back!!! I knew I needed to strengthen my core but that really brought it home 😳! Because of its relatively slow pace, I used this one to cool down today after doing some more vigorous cardio and strength exercises, and got a good workout for my abs/core at the same time!

This workout I've avoided because I've gained weight & my core has grown so large . Medication has caused some of it . I thank you for your invitation & encouragement so I finally began . Loved this I added this to a 20 minute kickboxing pump with another trainer. Glad to get my Mochi fix and mom put my 66 year old self to shame I couldnt get my legs and arms off the ground at the same time.

Hi i just found you guys. I hace been sick for the past 22 years after a difficult delivery of my son and a severe blood transfusion disease. I have severe Fibromyalgia and bad arthritis in every joint. I have severe pain constantly and am on lots of pain meds. Recently i found a new chiropractor and i started getting b12 injections. I have lost 35 lbs - now weigh 165lbs. So i am starting exercises and desperately need to strengthen my core. I am dojng your stretches and now core exercises. Thank u for helping me get started

Good Morning I am so happy I found this site oh my word ❤ I am in South Africa I am currently in a wheelchair I struggle to walk 3 of my discs are out my spine lodged against spinal cord any how Thanku Thanku I can't exactly exactly exactly do the work out however I am improving baby steps ❤

thanks for your content! i’m 63, and have never really made the mind/ abdomen connection.
I’m starting to, but to tighten my abdomen muscles i take a deep breath and tighten abdomen, but find it hard to take a breath for feeling like i am letting my abdomen muscles relax… for some reason this is still difficult for me. i’m working on it, standing in line or at the stove etc, but i find myself holding my breath way too much… any pointers or suggestions? my husband says to keep working on it and it will become easier then a natural thing…

Although I am in my 30s, I live with cerebral palsy, and a lot of the core workouts I've found presuppose the ability to stand on one leg.
Two sets of these movements makes me feel like I'm getting some benefit from them, so I'm looking forward to adding the third when I can do the two sets easily.
For the third move (reach and then bring your arms back in) might it be worth adding some light weights to increase the effort?

this was a hard workout for me especially when you had to put both legs up, i could only get them off the ground about a half an inch
