Hey brother .I also have a 61 Apache C10 .also all original.but switching out the 235 with the 3 speed column with the pull overdrive .putting a 350 4 bot main 61 ..

I bought my very first vehicle when I was 15 yrs old, my daddy drove it home for me as I didn't have even a drivets permit, yeppers, very 1st vehicle was a 1961 Chevy pick-up. Long wheel base step side. Had the 235 sstraight six and 3 on the tree.....

I'm surprised they retained the factory front suspension torsion bars when coilovers were used in the rear.
Do you have drop spindles? What is your front tire size?

Nice pickup. I have a 61 C10 with a gen 1 sbc 350 and looking for stainless headers. The ones you have look good but unfortunately they are for an LS engine.
Is it me or does this truck not have windshield wipers?

Nice truck, the clear coat needs to be satin or flat. Gloss clear reflects too much & u can't see the patina.
