Yeah the metal hi Jack I’ve bought mine gosh four years ago it is awesome works great Amazing all the function of the hijack you could even use it as a winch yourself out of a situation. Outstanding job on your gladiator love how you painted the fenders
love the gladiator, it,s a beast, try 2.2 superswanpers, omg, they are badass!!!! I did subscribe!!! great motor combo, your going to love it, , I have had a dladiator for years and still is the go to beast!!!!!
I saw those fenders and were tempting to buy, but were quite expensive for me, so then i actually just cut the stock fenders, and sanded them, and they're pretty identical to what u bought.
Hella upgrades and session Adam. Love the Blue paint job too bad it's getting thrashed! LoL 😂 but it is what it is. Killer radio too! The system you have is nuts! It makes it a Basher almost LoL 🤣. All in all a huge performance gainz. I appreciate your tips on Instagram brother. I'm excited for my maiden run with SCX10 Glady too. Awesome one brother.

Yeah and it looks awesome, my GEN 3 The early bronco back in the 70s I worked for Ford’s Michigan Ford truck plant in Wayne Michigan I So i put them early Broncos together and pick up trucks. Yep we’re here watching appreciate you sharing
I recently took the plunge into 1/10 scale with a trx4 sport kit. One thing im discovering is tire inserts matter a whole lot more on 1/10 scales then they do on 1/18-1/24. I’ve got proline hyrax’s with stock foams, and combined with the portals and soft springs I’m running in the front they like to collapse on themselves pretty easily and give me a lot of tipping over.
You're absolutely right. I am prioritizing inserts next. Either dual stage foams or 3D inserts. Folks seem to prefer the 3D printed inserts over the dual stage
That is so awesome about the 2nd red gladiator that you got!!! I am still itching for a 1/10th but I think I am ok with the 1/18 Capra and my 1/24 bronco so fare. Awesome video love your channel !
If you like the smoothness of the furitek systems, I just bought one of the hobbywing fusion SE n it's best 70 bks I've spent. Since ESC is built into motor, it's less wiring, and weight.up high. Low end is buttery smooth.
I’m gonna post the short right now but I a fusion se 1800kv in my trx4 sport with a 2 speed conversion. It’s not fast but it boogies up to it’s top speed and will wheelie if I run a pack in the rear. It’ll do reverse wheelies too since I have the pack up front on the nose. And it will do a SUPER SLOW crawl.
I really want to see you do a scx24 recovery vehicle build series I think that would be really interesting to see as I'm trying to build one with scx24 jlu
A 1/10 scale with Lesu hydraulics for the spec-lift would be an interesting project. What type of recovery setup would you put on the 24?, cos looking at my Deadbolt24, she's tight for space. Real or show?. Would it be a fixed boom with servo winch? Boom extension like an engine crane hole/pin?. Damn, you've spooled up my mind now😄

Kinda goofy honestly. I took the hex extensions off after reading the input from the comments section. But man, it looks odd. I may put them back on until I get some Capra axles or some different wheel hubs
There is always that dilemma lol But as you and I both know money doesn't bring happiness. I Iove watching you and little man having fu having fun together. That is true happiness 😊
With the fenders it depends on your preference. I personally love that look and it's exactly what I wanted, so to me it was worth it despite the steep price tag. But I could have gone with the metal fender deletes for half the cost.
@@hamzaaamer9786 The Gladiator has portals that help with clearance. Longer shocks will cause the geometry to change with the 3link and panhard bar. You will notice off loading on step climbs unless you use limiting straps. The best way to see understand this concept is to try out the longer shocks compared to the stock or shorter shocks.
How much money did you put in that thing I think people should put that in there I think people should put numbers in there that way people understand what it takes to get going you know like a full breakdown of that right there that would really help people understand before they get overwhelmed on everything else
With the scale build parts and the upgrades, it was around $600 I think. Had I bought the hobbywing setup new, it would have been another ~$300. These big scales are suuuuuper expensive. And you're right, getting into these requires a big investment and people should be aware of that up front.
You cannot get with child a brushless system I figured this out the hard way they don't know how to modulate that you know what I mean with a fresh system if they get them bind it will stop if you're running mofo brushless on anything 24 if you don't stop and it ripped the tires off the rims are brake axles or driveshaft

Kinda goofy honestly. I took the hex extensions off after reading the input from the comments section. But man, it looks odd. I may put them back on until I get some Capra axles or some different wheel hubs
The way I see it is you just need to convince the wife to let you upgrade your 1to1 to match your 10th scale 😊
Haha! The wife isn't the roadblock, its funding LOL I need to convince my company to pay me more!
There is always that dilemma lol
But as you and I both know money doesn't bring happiness. I Iove watching you and little man having fu having fun together. That is true happiness 😊
now you need a scx6
Gotta let my bank account recover LOL
Did u try to run the indoor course
LOL no I did not
Hey man, just saying how you gunna get metal numbers and still won’t cost as much as 60$ sm fenders?! Are the fenders worth it?
With the fenders it depends on your preference. I personally love that look and it's exactly what I wanted, so to me it was worth it despite the steep price tag. But I could have gone with the metal fender deletes for half the cost.
Stay away from longer shocks.
Why? I am new to this Hobby
Why not buy a second body you can thrash , and save that one for the shelf
That's a good idea. It would be easy quick swaps!
Yes it was a lot easier over that rock cool
What do you use to record ?
My iPhone
How do you get such a good angel while crawling , stand , stick, what attachment?
Wheels and tires?
Treal wheels and JConcepts rupture tires
Time to build a 1/10 indoor course
Gonna need a bigger house LOL
Check out roboslug rc inserts, I see they're pretty good for tires from friends I follow in the hobby.
I have the roboslugs for my UTB18. I like them a lot! Will definitely look into the bigger sets.
@@CapeCrawlers nice! I don't have any at the moment I just heard good things about them
Love the channel…but what’s with the squeaking on the audio on all your videos????
My dig servo was broken straight out of the box. Real annoying
Sadly I have heard that a few times. That stock micro servo is super weak
Yeah. I desided to just talk to axial and see if the one year warranty covered it and suprisingly it did
You cannot get with child a brushless system I figured this out the hard way they don't know how to modulate that you know what I mean with a fresh system if they get them bind it will stop if you're running mofo brushless on anything 24 if you don't stop and it ripped the tires off the rims are brake axles or driveshaft
said about black bedy
I will rebuild her!
1st!
To be honest, it now looks like your profile picture
Yes it does!
Throw that silver body on when u go beat it up why scratch ur new one
Those hex extensions are awful to me... they look good on a shelf but never work good
I'm going to go with some Capra axles I think. Running these in the interim but it's not the end game after the feedback I got from the community.
