I think more enemy variety as well as more “run defining” cards should be focused on. I think that the feel of most runs is decided before you enter when you choose your class. If you add more in-run things that completely shake up the feel of the run, the freshness of the game and run variety will increase exponentially as you already have so many classes (I know because of the fact that there are so many classes, balancing something that effects each class would be quite difficult, but if pulled off correctly it would really improve the game)

You guys are hands down one of my favorite devs for psvr2! LB was the first game I played at launch for psvr2 (headset and game), and the only game I continue to play because of updates like these!! Thank you team!
