Sadly she ended up tripping on her roller skates and hitting her head in the final dress rehearsal before the first preview, causing her to lose all her memories and be put in suspended animation from 1984-2007. And of course we all know what she went on to do after that.

I never forgave Peter Gabriel for convincing Stefani Germanotta Sr. to leave the Eurythmics to pursue a solo career. I mean, Annie Lennox was an okay replacement, but the original lead singer of any group is always the best.
