    Those extra springs shown in the video look like progressive or dual-rate springs. If so, that could be a game changer! SS/Patton plush in the upper suspension travel plus increased bottom-out resistance.

    They mentioned pressure relief valve for the suspension, might be what’s new on top of the shocks.
    On mtb forks
    ‘New Pressure Relief Valves eliminate unwanted air pressure build up in the lower leg caused by variations in altitude or temperature.’

    The battery cases look pretty much identical to the Patton, just made out of Magnesium. Pedal height is 0.6" taller because of the bigger wheel, it's a slightly longer suspension (10 mm), and then the top cover is taller because they raised the board off the chassis. Any chance this thing has an IPX rating or meets any of New York's safety standards? It's gonna be a real wake up to these EUC OEMs when their wheels are suddenly banned from being sold in one of their largest markets.

    • @revolutionaries007

      what happened in New York and what do u mean as most of these are sold on-line and shipped to your door? I live in Jersey so IDK what u mean but would like to hear what you are saying as I doubt it will affect the riders as I ride in new york and never have had any issue.

    • @dirt.surfer

      I ride regularly with a guy that is 6 foot 5 and 265 pounds, he currently rides a v13 and has had Sherman's in the past. He has had zero issues, and I think this should be solid option. However, I am just being honest here, my friend does struggle with range. I'm 6 foot 170 pounds on a s22, he gets identical range on the v13, it's just physics. V13 has nearly 1000 mah on the s22.

    • @revolutionaries007

    If not using toe blocks. How do you cover that hole on the front sides ?

  • @updlate4756
    @updlate4756 8 месяцев назад

    Pedal spikes could theoretically be ground down into sharper nubs. I really don't get why the OEMs are so stuck on offering the worst pedals, unless they're specifically doing it to help the aftermarket suppliers. In that case, just don't sell it with pedals and reduce the price a bit. It's not only more expensive for the customer, it's wasteful AF to use up all that metal for something that won't even be used.

  • @dirt.surfer
    @dirt.surfer 8 месяцев назад

    Really looking forward to this. I'm hoping to replace Karen next season. This company needs to stop making pedals, just ship with no pedals if this is what they are going to do for the price point.
