InMotion E20 Learning Competition! How hard is it to learn how to ride an EUC??!
We had an absolute blast as a bunch of new riders jumped on the InMotion E20 and tried to figure out how to ride these wild wheels! There were wobbles, laughs, and a lot of epic moments as everyone took their first steps (or rolls!) into the world of EUC. Thanks to InMotion for hooking us up with the E20s and making this awesome day possible!

This is awesome!!
I need to do a complete motor swap on mine. I don’t see any videos on that, but I’m sure I can manage.
Do you have to let the air out of suspension?
This does not work for me - can you guys go more indepth on this? Buying such an expensive wheel for it to fail at firmware update is an incredible BUZZ KILL. Please help
That’s a great way to teach new riders the skill, thank you for putting this together and thanks sponsors for their gifts..especially Inmotion for its generous prize.. I still ride a v10 around town, it’s my baby wheel that I teach also with ..ambiental lights and speaker it’s something every company should still provide in the package.. hello from Connecticut..
Ahhh!!!, cualquiera lo puede hacer, cualquier sientífico de King Song......😂
Ужасная конструкция 🙄
hello , thanks for all hte informations , but the log of my patton don't have time , and it is look like strange ... download with an iphone . could I send it ot you ?
My falcon died, please help with some insight. After a short ride of a mile and a half i turned wheel off for about 10 minutes then back on for a quick 3 minute ride around a parking lot, i pulled up to my car and while holding one hand on the car the wheel died suddenly and hasnt turned back on since. I have about 80 total miles on it and its worked great up until this incident, it was fully charged when i started the initial ride
Does the tubeless tire come pre-slimed? Do you recommend Armor Dilloz or Flatout? Do these subtances corrode the rim?
This video has helped my dumbass do it with ease! Thanks so much for all the good detail and step-by-step.
10:49 😂😂😂 I’m teaching peeps on my v8 in Toronto and I worry about stuff like this LOL
Great 👍
Great video!
Heya! So i decided to do some suspension checking today and noticed the cable on my front right battery is so tight that its tugging itself out. Do you know if the packs are interchangeable? I know the cable exit point is different on each pack, but the front right and back left both look identical, and it just so happens that my back left battery has a longer cable leading out, and it would be perfect to swap those two. Any idea if that'll ok ?
Do you mean you can remove the inner tube and mount the tire without it?
I love watching people learn to ride EUC. It's neat watching their skills develop over time.
What about Cartrige maintenance?
Did you post the video of the test ride❓if yes could you send a link, I would like to watch it
Love your videos also I love my new v14..... Such a fungenerator.
So incredibly useful! A quick question, if the shock did have oil in it, would you just need to keep it vertical while tightening? Seems like that would be tricky. Thanks again : )
Great to see so much effort pay off for beginners. So satisfying to watch 😂Thank you guys for spreading the joy of euc riding. Keep up the great work.
Wouldn't you unplug the batteries and attempt a powerup before you start removing electrical components?
Day one for me was a sidewalk and a looonng chainlink fence on my V12HT. And I'm 72 to boot. Now have almost 1000 miles on it and love it. I really enjoy seeing people find out how much fun EUC riding is!
This is a super fun video!!
notice how they can stay balanced but can't really turn. sure for a day it will be beneficial with the 3 Sheela but then U gotta progress to one quickly
😂😂😂😂
It has been a long time since I have seen humans have so much fun and be so kind to each other. Yall are setting such an extraordinary standard. If you ever in need of help to promote your cause I would be honored to do so. Thanks for the inspiration.
It was tons of fun hosting such an event. I hope to do more in the future
Good stuff
Woah! The great UStride! Your videos helped me learn about EUC in the first place :)
@2cells1pack really? Interesting. Thanks man. This new E20 is a game changer
Hey, I was also one who learned from U', it will be 3 years and over 10 thousand km next month, since I was doing "half moons" for days on my first wheel (an RSHS which I still have). Also remember wife and neighbours talking "the old guy got nuts and he'll end up breaking his neck". Still yet to fall once. Nice video. Love you guys.
thanks for teaching new riders the sport. I still remember the feeling and how difficult it was to learn euc riding. Couldn't even go straight for the first day or learning. Good luck to all new euc riders!! You can do it!!
Haha, it’s hard work. But very helpful to those learning
Haha... almost like an EUC grouse grind! Looks like a lot of fun and great to see everyone supporting each other. That said, the trail seems a tad bit on the challenging side for an 'intro' run. I mean, from my totally out of shape - perspective.
It was kind of hard as an intro trail ha
This is great I wish I had this when I first learned, I truly think this way can help communicate grow as EUC is not cheap to start with. GREAT WORK AMAZING VIDEO!
Yeah, it was well loved
what a way to get a v11
spectacular
Nice job everyone! It's hard to start and control the wheel! Nice first place prize! Congrats!
It sure is!
The E20 is definitely a good stepping stone to learn. People just jumping off the wheel and letting it crash is crazy
They passed the durability test for sure 😂
Wheels still work without any issues :p
Not crazy. The toys are designed to tumble. I am advocating on these forums for ages that V8F is one of the best toys to start learning "the trade", I have one for about 2.5 years and used it to teach other people to ride. The V8S used in the video is the same, just about 2 or 3 pounds heavier. Anyhow, nowadays, if you are over, say, 60 or 65kg, you have to start with something "better" (and eventually with suspension) to avoid growing out of it too soon.
@laurv8370 there's other people in the video, not just letting the wheel just crash. I'm 105kg and started on a v8f. Even though I have a v11 and a v13 I still ride the v8
Same here, I bought the toy in Feb. 2022 as a second wheel, after about half year of riding the RS, to teach the wife, but she didn't want to touch it, "you are an old fool and will end up breaking your neck", now I am still riding it when I am too tired to wrestle a larger wheel. I used it in the office for an year or so and put about 400km on it going to toilet, copy machine, coffee machine, etc (all about 60-80 meters from my desk in different directions, no joke). I still own both wheels and a Master Pro.
It's better to learn on the regular ones! That two wheeled ones are hard to turn!
The results of this event say otherwise. I’ve never seen people learn how to ride this fast, and I’ve seen a lot of people learn. The E20 definitely works as a starting point.
From a new rider perspective it’s a super helpful tool. As a experienced rider it’s hard to fathom
👍
Nice.
Great vid👍
Great video, please keep them coming!
Thanks, will do!
Thanks bro! Your tutorials are top tier!
Glad you think so!
This was really helpful, just like the adjustment video. Well done. Where can I source a spring with a higher rate than 1300lbs?
There's none that I know of, but the 1300lb isn't strong enough?
@@2cells1pack Well, maybe. I've just had it for a few days but it's looking like it's going to work out. eWheels shows the weight rating for ET Max at 350lbs and I'm currently around 400lbs (also well over 2m tall FWIW). ET Max seemed like my best bet for a higher-end suspension wheel, partly because I figured it would be easier to modify, if needed, than any of the Veteran/Leaperkim wheels. I was thinking in terms of learning the spring specs and sourcing a higher-rate spring from someone like Eibach or Hyperco. I switched to the "harder" geometry by moving the upper eyelet to the alternate hole in the linkage. I'm still struggling a bit to understand how preload works but I can say that adding preload seems to have reduced the sag to something that feels good to me. I turned the preload collar until I was frankly struggling to keep turning, and it's still fairly close to the beginning of the threads. I estimate less than 1/3 of the threads are visible below the collar. I have not done a proper sag measurement or taken a video yet. If I stand on the floor and put my hands and upper body weight on the top of the ET Max it doesn't seem to compress at all, and when I step on with both feet it just compresses a little bit. It hasn't bottomed out riding over speed bumps and dropping off some low curbs, so I'm pretty happy with that. Compression and rebound damping adjustments have a pronounced effect, so I'm pretty happy with that, too.
@@2cells1pack Somewhere I saw a video (or was it a clip within one of your videos?) where someone from Begode was repeatedly riding a wheel up a little 1m ramp and dropping to the floor, presumably testing the suspension and also demonstrating that it would not bottom out. There was a moment in that clip where I could see the shock, and it looked like the preload collar was more than halfway up the threads. Of course, I don't know which spring that guy was using or any of his other settings, but seeing that just made me feel like it's probably safe to add a bunch of preload and see what happens.
I didn't understand some of your comments about preload. At the start, you tightened the preload collar just enough to get the spring to push the wheel up to the end of its travel. So, not very tight, correct? Later, you said that you had too much sag, so you need a different spring. But can't you add more preload to the current spring by tightening the preload collar? Why didn't you do that before deciding you need a different spring?
Preload will allow you to micro-adjust, but if the sag is off by too much, you need to change the spring.
@@2cells1pack It looks like are about 50mm of threads on the DS200 for preload adjustments. Why so many threads if we're only meant to use a few? How would one know how many is too many, and what are the drawbacks of adding too much preload?
this wheel's O&M looks horrendous. I wait for v2 or v3 where they mature it hopefullly
O&M?
@@2cells1pack operations and maintenance. from the IT industry. My holy grail is a small wheel like the Falcon, but is built to be re-built easily.
If I want to access the right side as well for general maintenance check is it pretty much the same process? Should I just reassemble the left side and do same thing for right side?
Yup, can rinse and repeat
Hey Albert just got my Falcon can you do a tire swap video?
Been swamped with other life tasks. Maybe in the future.
Just successfully changed my tire thanks to your highly detailed, step-by-step instruction. Many Thanks
Glad it helped
Hey Albert, love your vids, just got my begode falcon, new to EUC, dont see any user's manual, is there a way to get one? your advice much appreciated, cheers
I don't think there is a user manual
