This is how every human being should act. Colorblind to someone else's race, background, ethnicity. It shouldn't matter. We are all one and all the same inside and we all bleed the same, red. If everyone can behave that way this planet would be such a peaceful place and so much more loving to live in.
I remember when I was in my teens and started going to high school. A couple of my friends from the neighborhood, some went to the same high school as I. They would get jealous because as the year moved along I met so many different people of all races and would spend a lot of my time with these new friends during school days and sometimes weekends. My buddies from my neighborhood took longer to open up and meet other people of different backgrounds & races. I thank god I always had an open mind and did not limit myself to certain things. Also growing up in New York City helped because of all the different races and cultures that live here and have certain neighborhoods named after them. That is why someone growing up, lets say in Mississippi tend to be a little more reserved than someone from New York City because they haven't been exposed to so many different cultures and races. That's not to say everyone from Mississippi is that way. Not true but it all comes down to how people raise a child or your child. To being acceptable to others backgrounds & races. To teach them not to hate something or someone because your not familiar with that persons ways or culture. We can sometimes learn the best from a stranger or enemy.
Stop your kids from being racist and this is what you get. Saving a persons life no matter who they are. It is and has always been the right thing to do.
On this Sunday, this is what my heart needed ❤️

This guy reminds me SO much of my birth parents, who saved my mother-in-law and her 4 of 6 children from her abusive ex-husband. This warms my heart. May these two teenagers live a happy, healthy life after everything they went through. 💙💙

Why did it take 3 years for something to be done?! I didn’t see the whole episode so maybe it was explained why.
The system fails way too often. CPS and such are highly understaffed and underfunded. Yet, this was a HUGE error regardless. Shouldn't happen, so I'm not trying to excuse it. That's just part of the problem.
Very difficult to take kids away from their parents. They almost always try to keep the family together. That is fine if the parents try and change. But most of the time they do not. Example. I was #7 out of 7 kids. Each kid one year apart. Bio father would make the 2 oldest boys do shots of whiskey. Older kids were stealing food from stores. CPS got involved. CPS even did an evaluation (she was going to mend her ways and he was going to stop drinking) about the time they had the 4th child. But never took the kids away until I came (#7) along. And I was 5 months old taken out on a stretcher. Was in the hospital for 1 month. Emergency room doctor couldn't believe I survived the night. He was sure I was going to die.

Thank you. We all got adopted out. I was lucky there too. Me and my one brother (year older then me) got pretty good parents. Rest of them not so much. They came and picked me up on my first birthday. Get this so bio parents had 7 kids gave them all away. bio father had one more child with second wife. bio mother had 4 more kids by 2 different father. crazy. it's like haven't you heard about birth control.
The guy made a report but it was never followed through. Someone found it years later and reinvestigated and then got the kids out.

I believe everyone has a purpose in the world. Even the bad people. I'll tell you why: the bad people can exist so that good people can come together who would never normally. And sometimes the bad people's purpose is to find a good person and learn from them and become like them. The world is vast and there is so much, but learning and growing as a human being would not be possible if everything was just perfect. There is no way to learn if there is no opportunity.

Using it as a noun, means “the reason that something is done, or created, or for which something exists.” It doesn’t matter if you were planned or unplanned by your parents, it’s much greater than that.
