Disused aqua AS compton bucket flush

Here's the thing, the toilet was disused because the ceiling of this washroom had given in which makes usage dangerous. It's been left to dry since then, otherwise this still had a great flush. The water tank is about to fall over so it's been turned off alongside the TOTO downstairs and the pump was removed.
If your wondering why water is there already, this was after I gave it a test flush off-camera to see if anything had clogged up.
This is located in our former house, the upstairs part.
