@krissyCelaa I worked out throughout my 3 pregnancies. I had some people giving me advice about that was I putting my baby in danger. I think they were all sleeping with my movements 😅 I didn’t have problems with blood pressure or fatigue either. Faster recovery for sure! You go girl!! Congrats
Congratulations and keep it up!! I trained while pregnant too until the last 2 weeks before the gave born. For me the most challenging period was the first 3 months. Feeling weak and sick. But then the later on everything was fine.
For all of my pregnancies where I worked out SUPER hard, I had a C-section 😢. For the ones where I stayed active but kept intensity low I was able to give birth vaginally 🙌🏿! I think it strengthened my core muscles too much. Wishing this momma the best ❤️🙏🏿!
If there is anything I regret I didnt do it would be training while pregnant! I started my fitness journey after three kids. Before i just went to the gym without knowing what to do 😂 So amazing and good job! Happy for you 🙌
Sorry but I am a nurse and my mom is an LD nurse. I would NEVER EVER do lifting while pregnant. Period. I don’t give a damn what anyone says. HERNIA AND PELVIC FLOOR ISSUES INCOMING! There are soooo many reasons NOT to. Why stress out your abdominal wall even MORE? Why put EXTRA pressure into the pelvic area and perineum? Bad bad bad! LIGHT weights! I’m 132lbs at 5’10 and my son is 8. No lifting required. I lift 90lb patients across the room so def not weak. But why do this WHILST preg? Hell no.
@@SayaddinaBeneGesserit even tho i wasnt lifting heavy, worked out before & during, i believe i miscarried at 9 weeks bc of it. the night after my leg day i started spotting 😥 i wouldve been 8 months now
I know you are a nurse and I trust you in that but… Working out, especially your pelvic floor CAN prepare you for birth and CAN help after birth. Ofc if you have a high risk pregnancy and feel unwell, then dont do it. You know your body best.
I‘m so sorry for your loss🫶🫶 But please dont believe, that working out made you lose your baby. If you want, you can research in that topic. But please dont think, that you did anything wrong. Working out is not why HEALTHY women miscarry. But ALWAYS talk to your doctor first. I hope you are okay🫶
The important message is to listen to your body and your doctor not an individual fitness influencer. Your body is working hard creating another human.

This is not ok for every pregnant woman. My first pregnancy went very well, absolutely no pblm even when giving birth. The 2nd one was completely the opposite, lying in bed for almost 6 month, restricted from any movement because the servix was open and short. the anxiety of loosing my baby every single day was a nightmare... So don't just jump on any workout until you make sure that everything is ok .

😅 I’m honest: I was afraid to ride my bike! 🤣 Because I used to ride it like a bmx champ. To see you lifting those big weights does something with my 22 years younger me. 😅 She is staring at you with the mouth wide open. Hahaha! I love to see you doing this during your pregnancy. ❤️

I’m glad you were able to. I, unfortunately, had to stop at around 23 weeks. I started to be in pain for days after anything strenuous. 😢

Same. With all of my pregnancies I am throwing up all the way and during delivery.
I went from weight lifting to waking as my excersise this pregnancy.
Also doing some body weight moves.
Can't manage much else at 33 weeks 😂

My cousin kept working out until about 7 months. Had her first son and a flat stomach a month later. Same thing with her second son.
