for visitor. let me give you a tip for nasi kandar. follow what i will type and read it infront of person who mix the nasi kandar. follow this: MAMU, NASI SATU MAKAN, KUAH CAMPOQ SUNAMI PUNYA, AYAM GORENG PAHA, BENDI DUA, CABAI SATU, TELOQ MASIN SEBELAH.
haih, still can remember last time I ate here. with the hot afternoon, pack with people, and the hotness of curry. nothing can beat this nasi kandar with 3 teh o ais at 1pm.
Those that may not know, when eating with your hand - it is the right hand only. In many cultures, using the left hand to eat or pass food is considered impolite and unhygienic. This is because the left hand is traditionally reserved for profane actions, such as washing after using the bathroom.
Apa yg anda makan adalah masakan India dan BYK masakan cina .tiada kaitan dgn melayu.jika anda ingin makan masakan melayu anda harus pergi ke negeri pantai timur.lembu punya susu sapi dapat nama.
2 pcs of chicken for a nasi kandar costin you under MYR20 is definitely cheap. next time i'd recommend you to ask the staff to dip your okras in curry before adding them onto your plate. it taste soo freaking good!

Malaysia is our vacation-repeater 😂 Best food, best Vibe, all in Malaysia! If you’re not not gained in weight in Malaysia you didn’t had a good vacation 😂😂😂
Nasi Kandar seems to be a place that cooks 'Granny dishes.' The kind of food that Grandma makes. A great and grand variety along with a sample of this and a sample of that is good and free word of mouth advertising. Too bad they don't have enough Malay food in the U.S.
I guess i could give this a try but in US you dont find restaurants that offer these sort of combos i wonder how they would taste individually and would like to mix and match on my own i like the thali system of india where you do get all curries and gravies in individual bowls and you can mix and match as to what you end up liking.
One important thing that most reviewers don't talk about is the hygienic practice in food handling. Watching the staff handling the food in proper attire, apron, plastic glove , and cap are important for me to truly trust the place. At least, for foreigners , you stomach might messed up by spices but surely not by diarrhea, food poisoning or something like that which give bad memories in your experience
Malaysian curry is different from Indian Curry due to the assimilation of so many ethnics and the diversity of cuisines in Malaysian.Come n *drop by* then you will know what I meant😊
Nasi Kandar is different, like what Mark said, it is mixture of Indian and Malay cuisine, coz in Nasi Kandar some places have rendang and masak kicap, which is Malay cuisines.
yes yes yes penang one more time here we go nasi kandaq 😁 you should try the yellow rice nasi kandar also or nasi lemak royale in kedah. u eat so much and maintain slim bro
If you come in the morning, finish your nasi kandar with a piece (or two) of roti canai here. Even though they never really promote their roti canai, theirs can easily beat any other more famous roti canai places. Dip those rotis into the curry and you’d have the perfect finishing to this amazing nasi kandar place
what i like to do sometimes is going to an Asian Restaurant lunch buffet... i can't eat much (how are you guys doing that?), but i like the choice and combining rice, fried potatoes, meats, sauces and even Peking soup and veg like fried onions and green beans..., salads (combining fresh and fermented) myself... and no desert, no sweets, no cheese..., the sweetest sauce ingredient still okay is green cap or even halal sriracha 😂 so i know exactly what i prefer, and what not
We should have a count for all the okay's said in this video. Nonetheless that nasi looked really good I wonder did it taste like ginger at all or more savory?

That food looks so delicious 😋 do they not use silverware?
They do have forks and spoons, You have to choose to use them. Most locals use forks and spoons.
