I was like 13 when this movie came out and I went to this church camp, and every fucking spare second I'd just be running around and yelling "BEE-DOH BEE-DOH BEE-DOH" at the top of my lungs like the autist I am. And then my mom threatened to take away my Wii for a week (or something like that) if I kept doing it.
After this, lumination put minions in all their opening sequences, much like the lamp from pixar

Something that just hit me about the opening scene, all of those artic workers were wearing yellow suits, protective elemental goggles and did not really vocalize in actual words... It is like they are mirroring the Minions in a way! (I've never noticed this until now!)
And foreshadowing the whole twist

okay but you need to watch Spirit The Stallion of the Cimarron. it's one of the most underrated animations and personally it's my all time favorite :))

I agree! I especially love that they added a love interest for Gru cause I thought he deserved it. And I feel like the minions are more funnier in this one than in the first one.
