Hi you use mesh tools then further many modifiers that beginners don't know as it's fast n without sound missed many things cnfuse too.please re edit this video and also make it slow .please mention all modifiers and add-ons you are using how u are using what those are doing?? Please I really want to remake this for practice 😢😢

1:23 Note to self. here, If you want the rotation to be precise you can rotate it using multiple of 9 degree.
The Knife tool is probably the most powerful thing ever invented for 3D!

t doesn't seem right in terms of time spending and effort.. You know such things could be done in cad softwares in few clicks. Maybe it makes sense to do it with booleans and quickly retopo all that stuff? I know that it's impossible to do bevel after boolean in some cases but we can set proper topology flow for it when we are retopologizing and finishing our model, what do you think? Really need your opinions
Yeah of course you can do it faster in Cad, but the purpose or my videos is to teach how to get a good topology in tricky situations. Making hard pieces like this one is a great way to improve your polygonal modeling skills quickly 🙂
I had some questions about some things I noticed that would make my modelling much faster. How did you activate snapping to vertex that quickly? And how did you activate the mirror modifier that quickly on 20:11? Do you have a custom shortcut in place?
Hey man! My shortcut to activate vertex snapping is shift + tab, and the mirror modifier comes from HardOps, it's a paid Addon but it is awesome! The shortcut is Alt + X

Shift + R (repeat latest command, which was merge at center)

I went to a 3D school in 2013 so I have 10 years of experience. And I learned Blender at work in a 3D studio. I was using 3dsmax and Maya before 🙂
