Turkey Soup

A recipe for a cold winter's day and recorded shortly after our New Year celebrations, I made this thick broth with a roast turkey carcass, a few store cupboard essentials and leftovers, and stock from my 1940s-style soup pot. It's cheap, healthy, nutritious and filling so why not give it a try and serve with a chunk of good crusty bread and butter on the side?!

Reminds me of my childhood my mum used to make similar with turkey at Christmas, I make it sometimes and add in a little left over white wine if it's there , a great way to use everything up 🌟
