Also , I have watched your video on milk . But everyday some or other video or article pops up to abstain from dairy (health reasons and animal cruelty)

madam I drink atleast 1 litre of beer every night and smoke hukkah for 2 hours every day from last 19 years .. . m still 37 years old and can walk easily for 10 kms everyday and have an absolute optimum BMI. I always sleep after having pizza from domino's and watching mobile for atleast 3 hours at night (it's been same pattern from a decade). Have wife one kid and awesome life. Now what Can I do 🥹🥲🤗

My advice don't follow celebrities... Common people can't practice such things... Eat 3hours before bed but have your dinner at least by 8-9 pm....
