Awesome Video, but my question is my Ad200 flashing isn't flashing while my trigger sitting on my Sony A7iii. If I tap the Lightning bolt button it flashes. I check all my settings on my camera, any suggestions?
funny enough, i just had this happen to me, i turned everything off and back on again and it worked. lol. if you're ID's, Groups and Channels are all aligned there shouldn't be a problem. Try cleaning the contacts and turning it off and on. Sometimes it's as simple as that.
Make sure your camera is in flash mode. Make sure you're using the manual shutter. Flash will not work in silent/electronic shutter mode. Make sure the drive is in single shot mode. Flash may not work with continuous, or high speed drive settings. Best to use single shot.
Ive been shooting Godox for the last 5 years. I have alot of problems with the system specifically working weddinds. My problem is not that the flash doesn't fire, but firing when they are not supposed to. I can turn the groups off and they fire. V1 goes up to Group C when in master mode and i i have a flash on slave on group D or E it will still fire it. Sometimes I can turn Group A or B off and they still fire. Its happened with different triggers, different V1s and different cameras. I haven't been able to figure it out. I just sent an email to Godox to see if they can help but im not holding my breath. So annoying when you turn something off and still fires 😔. Im on Sony cameras by the way.. ive heard that maybe theres a lot of interference in a room with many people and cell phones but not sure if true. Oh, also my flashes are not setas optical slaves so thats not it.
Do you use Flash or all natural?👀
Check your ID! Yes this solved my problem by turning it off. Thanks
Awesome!
Can you please go through how to connect XT16 to AD200?

Cool! Thanks! This F7 Off mode is tricky, I’ve checked all except for this 😀
i know, stumped me for a while too... i feel like the name could have been thought out a little better lol

that’s so weird. Yeah the tech definitely has bugs. Luckily it works most of the time 😂
When we bring two flashes superclose they will create problems and wont fire 8.45
@@Frosty-gaming so good to know! Thank you!
I have channel and ID on the same number, in my case 4. Thats the only way it works for me
that is correct, they would have to be on the same channel and ID to work.
The two V1's might be too close together to work properly, I remember reading that somewhere.
no kidding...? lol that would be the silliest of reasons but you know im gonna test it! Thanks for letting me know!
@@willsimpsonphoto you have to set the trigger on distance 0-30m, it may work that way!
i am trying to connect 2 flash softboxes to my camera to sync the flashes. how can i do that? i need to find someone to walk me through this.
not sure what you mean. soft boxes are the modifiers that the lights go in. The lights connect to a transmitter which is on the camera
Too much glare on screens, can't see what's going on!
yeah the glare was annoying but if you have a V1 in front of you, you should be able to follow along. Most of the glare was minimal luckily
