E450 Bus diesel cold start - possible injector issues

ASMR video of me starting a 7.3L Powered Ford E450 bus.
In the last year this 7.3L E450 bus has becoming increasingly hard to start even at slightly cold temperatures. Im not a diesel mechanic nor have i had lots of fords but I think the injectors could at least be a starting point.

Time for some new glow plugs or block heaters!

Thanks, Glow plugs were since replaced. It's better but still randomly does this. Block heater pulls amps and warms the black but maybe.

If it seems down on power until it warms up and it stumbles when you try to rev it up, the injectors are on the way out. you can try an oil additive made by Archoil, product number ar9100. it will help clean the oil side of the injector as they get gummed up and experience stiction over time. I also run the ar6200 fuel additive in my truck to help light the fuel off in colder weather and keep the fuel side clean. if you have any questions about the truck I'm happy to help as they are where I specialize.
