I'm now sharing the eggless version which is equally GREAT! You won't believe it's eggless! These brownies are super fudgy, chocolaty and yummm!
Nice recipe , why don’t you right your ingredients and there measurements so it will easy to make
1/2 butter
1 cup dark chocolate
1 cup sugar
1 cup yogurt
1/2 cup all purpose flour
3 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup crushed nuts
Drop of vanilla essence
I recently tried this recipe and it turned out amazing. The brownies were yummy.
I also learned that with brownies the skewer you insert need not come out clean and if it comes out clean, your brownies are probably over-baked.

Please share your ingredients measurements using the cups so that viewers can see it clearly ! Just a suggestion ! Coz rookies who bake just following the videos blindly may fumble in measurements and mess up with the baking process ! And agin which will cause lot of wastage and disappointment! And I am sure no one wants that ! So kindly use the measurements tools in all your videos ! The reason to mention this is that , I had messed up with a recipe owing to the wrong quantity of ingredients and the result was a disaster ! ❤️ Think you ! 😊
Hi Shivesh, thanks for the recipe. Can I replace all purpose flour with whole wheat flour in this? Would that require altering anythign else in the recipe?
Yeah whole wheat flour can replace maida but it absorbs some more moisture as compared to maida so probably you have to use some milk. Happy baking!

Because when u say cups sometimes it looks more from our usual cups.

I made this today. Everything was perfect except in the brownie there was a very distinct taste of curd. I don't know why it happened
Maybe your curd was too sour. I add curd when I bake cakes, and with experience, I would suggest take fresh curd which is not very sour. Also dont add too much curd. Half should be fine.
No it was fresh curd, i too bake with curd often but it doesn't happen. It was not a criticism, i just shared my experience.

Hi Shivesh, I've made eggless brownies from your recipe using hung curd. I have noticed that the brownies sink in the center of the pan upon cooling. It takes more than an hour at 180*C for the brownies to bake completely. I check for doneness by inserting a toothpick in the center of the pan which comes out with a very slight amount of batter sticking. Kindly advise, thanks!
The brownies r not supposed to be FULLY cooked like a chocolate cake, the should be slightly fudgy. And remember every oven is different, so ur brownies could have taken longer. I had tried this recipe, u need to let the brownie sit at room temp for at least a hour before U slice..

@@dhwaniearora9915 I do realise both points you made. I don't have any problem with the slight sticking to the toothpick (which is abs normal) nor with the long baking time, I always in fact cool my brownies in the fridge once they've attained room temperature. Only after chilling for a good 3+ hours do I cut them. The only solution I need is for the sinking in the center upon cooling, thanks.

I have made these brownies twice... and I cooled them at room temp. The Center does sink a bit n deflates but That’s normal for many baked goods ☺️
But what’s important is.. THE TASTE!
I made these brownies again today that’s why I was in this video ;)

I post recipes there too, so I thought I could comment n let u know that many brownies do sink/deflate 😁
okay this is the best tip for the sibling problem, it’s very simple too. after 15-20 minutes of baking, take the pan out and slap it on a slab and then put it back in for the rest of the time! this will help the batter to get consistent throughout the pan as well deflate any extra air that gets trapped and leads to a lot of deflation later. this also helps with nice cracks on the top crust of the brownie which looks good too. This method will help the deflation problem a lot, BUT, no matter how good the brownie is or which recipe they will deflate somewhat during the cooling time so don’t worry about that! i’m a home baker and have been baking for a while and it always happens with brownies mostly !
Tried this today but didn’t work out :( Don’t know what went wrong but it was all bubbly in the oven and then it was burnt like an acidic reaction happened. Help me out :(

I made these and they tasted like Greek yogurt in a very off putting way. The texture was weird and watery too. Very disappointed!
Happend with me. After a day I could taste curd in my brownies significantly!! Texture was okay for me but taste got runied.

One cup chocolate is supposed to be 175 grams. It doesn't look more than 60 in the video. The rest conversions are fine but please clarify whether by one cup you mean 175 grams chocolate which is the universal conversion
if not using curd how many eggs we should substitute it with?
It turned out so bad and got very hard afterwards...as you dictated I refrigerated it and after that it's texture became so bad and very very hard....I don't know how these recipes work for people but I am very disappointed after wasting a lot of my efforts and time for a brownie as hard as a rock :(

I increased the recipe by half and followed it to the T. Used a microwave convection oven since I don't have an OTG, and a glass dish to bake the brownies. But they still came out raw in the middle. What am I doing wrong? :(

Hi Shivesh! Love your recipes and have tried few of them. I tried this recipe, it turned out so well in taste but faced one issue. The brownie was tooo buttery(when u heat it there was butter everywhere) and sticky. I had to freeze it so that it hardens. It also came out little liquidy. Can u help with the same?
