  • Dawn Morse of Core Elements Training demonstrates foundation effleurage massage techniques to the front of the leg.
These techniques can be used within a lower limb for full body massage. They're a great way to warm up the area for heavier pressures, or more advanced techniques within a Sports Massage or Sports Therapy or injury treatment.
These are examples of the techniques covered in Core Elements accredited, Level 3 #Sports #Massage or Combined Sports Massage Diploma, which is available as a face to face, and blended learning course, at our training centre in Swindon, Wiltshire (UK).
Core Elements Training delivers a range of accredited Sports Massage and Sports and Clinical Therapy based qualifications and short courses.
*All courses are available as face to face delivery at our training centre in Swindon, Wiltshire and a selection of CPD courses are available as Live Online delivery, such as #Dry #Cupping and #Kinesiology #Taping, and some courses are available fully online, such as #Clinical #Yoga and The Science of Stretching.

Hi thank you for your videos, have you got any Level 4 sports massage videos where you complete a treatment for example, low back pain. What would the structure of the treatment be like? Many thanks

      Glad the video was helpful.
No our videos focus on the different techniques and how to massage specific areas at the moment.
I’ll pop your request on our list though, for consideration for further videos.
There’s many different ways to treat LBP, depending on its cause. But usually you’d treat the back, glutes, hamstrings, hip flexor region and possibly the abdominals, depending on time.
