These tapotement techniques are excellent for reducing muscular tension to the leg and they act as an introductory and stimulating movements within a wider massage treatment.
These are examples of the techniques covered in Core Elements accredited, Level 3 Sports Massage Certificate course, which is available as a face to face, and bended learning course, at our training centre in Swindon, Wiltshire (UK).
Core Elements Training delivers a range of accredited Sports Massage and Sports Therapy based qualifications and short courses.
