For being a chain pizza place, Jets is on point. Their square pizza with bacon is amazing. And the crust is tits!

Jet's HAS to be the best franchised chains, I've ever had...Their supply chain is amazing, because everything from the gravy down to the cheese and toppings is quality. This place made me a fan of Detroit style pizza. 7.5. ALL DAY

Jet's reminds me of how Pizza Hut used to be with their pan pizza and buttery crispy crust. Best chain pizza I have found that exists today.

7.4 for chain pizza is pretty damn solid.
I can definitely vouch for that. Not because I work for them as a driver yet mostly because I have tasted food from the menu and honestly being a born and bred new Yorker: It is way better than your traditional new york style pizza. Also the making of the pizza is awhole lot better than papa johns and dominoes. I have to give credit where It is due.

Jet's is damn good.
Jet's is probably the best big chain pizza I've had. 8 corner deep dish can't really go wrong. It reheats better than most as well. Throw it in the air fryer 350 degrees 4-5 min. it gets that crispy edge back just like when fresh.

I lost my mom to lung cancer. I'm 33 years old. When I was 13 my mom used to pick me up from school and drive me to 3 days blinds where she worked and I would sit in the back and watch life and blue streak... and a wrestling and whatever else was on... then I would get hungry and my mom would give me $15 to go next door and I would get jets pizza. The best deal was a pizza and soda for $12... I would take it back and eat and drink my soda and fell in love with pizza after eating jets. The memories of that and my mom is so special to me

Of all the chain pizza places, Jet's is definitely one of the best. The Detroit style deep dish is great.

@@mbuckholz 100% for sure! I have one in my town in East Tennessee, and having lived all over the north east, it takes me back home to be honest. Some of the best pizza to be had in my town comes out of a Jets branch. They literally never miss. Some places have off days, but these guys don't ever.

For a larger chain Jet's is surprisingly good. It also reheats pretty well. Far better than Domino's, Papa John's or Pizza Hut.

Jet's is the best chain pizza that I've ever eaten. However, I've never eaten any chain pizza outside of the US south. The thick, crunchy crust is great. They're not as skimpy on the ingredients and they're not overly priced. My homemade deepdish pizza pies, made in a 9" cast iron skillet, are better though.

My favorite big pizza chain
I try to tell people Jets pizza is good but most will judge the book by its cover and assume chains don’t have good pizza. I find the 8 corner pizza is really good if you like deep dish. They get the crust perfect - fluffy and light but crisp at the bottom. It’s pretty cheesy and rich. The sauce and cheese are fresh and good quality but not distinctive. If someone copied their dough and added some higher quality cheese and sauce, you’d really have a banging deep dish.
Used to work there. Agree on everything you said. Obviously, as you said, if someone differed on the cheese and sauce, they'd do better, but we both know, that as a chain, they can't do that. They're serving too many people, and really need the multiplicity that cans of sauce and boxes of cheese provide. But that's what local spots are for, eh?
@@Sam-oe1pw yeah, there’s a new Detroit style place by me that does craft Detroit pizza with higher quality ingredients, but they are total douches with their business model. Only open one day a week, and you have to order a week in advance online. They put all this effort in creating the illusion that demand exceeds supply. Their website says something like “no walk ups, no slices, no call ins”. Super unaccommodating. I really wanted to try based off the pizza pics but it’s such a shitty business model. Fuck those guys.
