I appreciated all the details... I ordered everything from Amazon except the relay and the wire connector in the power wire for the relay. Your video of the under the hood part of the project, made my experience fool proof. I had connected the "purchased from Amazon" wiring harness and I had to replace the power connection for the relay to plug into. Now I have bright fog lights! Still have to buy headlights and bumper signal lights.
@@anthonymorales3120 I went to my local auto parts store and bought a "fog light relay" for my model of truck. It was plug and play, almost every step. The wiring harness fit perfectly, with the exception of the ground wire came to the fuse panel area...I just undid one of the fender bolts enuf to slip the ground lug under it and tightened it back.
Where does the red wire go to because I got the same kit and my fog lights stay on they won’t turn off I put the blue with the fuse black to ground and red to battery

Great video. The red power wire coming from the battery, where does it connect? Thanks!
It is connected to the relay
Does the blue wire coming from the relay connect with the positive of the fog lights?
Where does the red wire go to because I got the same kit and my fog lights stay on they won’t turn off I put the blue with the fuse black to ground and red to battery
I'm trying to put fogs on my 01 silverado v6 but the fuse box is different than your v8s fuse box
Where does the blue wire go?? I thought just hooking up power to the relay would get you power to them after connecting to the new interior switch??
It goes to the relay so you are able to use the oem fog light button other wise you will just have power to them all the time
Where’s the link to buy parts
What does blue wire go to
The fuse for the fog light so you can use the pen plug inside you just need to buy the switch it connects right up
@@nbsray9541what’s the link for it
How did you get your led turn signals to work ?
I just connected them but they had hyper blink so I just got resistors for them.
Where did u get the wiring kit?
I got it on eBay
@@nbsray9541 do you have the link?
