Why doesn’t anybody attack Casterly Rock, Considering all Lannisters at King’s Landing?

Not all Lannisters are in King’s Landing. There are actually a shit ton of Lannister cousins in a variety of branches, both at Casterly Rock and in the neighboring city of Lannisport. Some of these Lannisters have been left behind to defend the castle.
As for Casterly Rock itself, you’d almost have to be insane to try to besiege it. It has its own granaries, its own harbor/port, and it’s contained within a giant damn rock. Visenya supposedly remarked that it was a good thing the Lannister king marched out to the Field of Fire, because if he’d holed up in the Rock not even dragons could have gotten him out.
Casterly Rock is still protected by the rest of the West, which is still full of people. Robb Stark, of course, actually did campaign in the West, but there’s just no taking Casterly Rock. The Western armies took heavy casualties under Robb’s assault.
But Casterly Rock itself is as impregnable as the Eerie. It would do no good to attack it. Lannisport, on the other hand
