The best part of the Banh mi is the the pate and Mayo. The baguette is crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside and packed with all the goodness. The head cheese is the best!

Adding Mai Musube and Bella Banh Mi to my list. The list keeps growing. Liliha's coco puffs are da best! Beard Papa's claims to have the best cream puffs in the world, but it's minor leagues compared to Liliha's coco puffs. BTW, how about going to Mitsuba Delicatessen? Their garlic chicken and cone sushi are good. But their Okinawan Sweet Potato Crumbles are really, really good.

But I do disagree with your thoughts on Bali bread, I love them even though they are thick. After I eat my plate lunch and flan, I get some bread to take home with me. You can easily find local fruits at all the saturdays farmers markets al lover island (I like waialua farmers market on sat 9-1 north shore) during the week my kids and I like to drive to kahuku from north shore and stop at the fruit stands by the road
Cheap eats :kokoro tei, Minato restaurant both in mccully. Don't get the cold soba/udon bc the sause is package kine and don't taste good. Their combo plates are pretty good for price. side Takoyaki is good! Kokoro tei also has daily specials for only 10.98! I love unagi too and theirs is good. I know good unagi lol. Minato has tasty unagi as well. Fukuya mochi is right next to Minato too for dessert!
I've been in Waikiki since Sunday and leaving this Sunday and the lines for some places are CRAZY !!! #doordashforthewin (I guess) glad I get to still try stuff from here though anyways even if it is door dash.
Liliha coco puff is my goto food whenevery I fly home. I'm a local boy that live in NY, went to farrington, still got my child home in Iao Lane, next to likelike school. first thing I do when I land is drop off my bags and walk to liliha to eat and pickup some coco puff for breakfast.
I enjoy your videos and called Mai Musubi to make an order. I know that they are very busy, but the guy who answered the phone was very abrupt and seemed bothered that I called. Also said the wait would be 1 1/2 hours. I understand the wait, but show more aloha.

Beard Papa's claims to have the best cream puffs in the world, but it's minor leagues compared to Liliha's coco puffs. BTW, how about going to Mitsuba Delicatessen? Their garlic chicken and cone sushi are good. But their Okinawan Sweet Potato Crumbles are really, really good.

I agree with Amanda but Fresh roast pork bahn mi sandwich with a lot of vegetables is the best.. better than the frozen meat subway or mc d or fast foods. Best

Love hole in the wall restaurants. Love unagi and katsudon. Liliha Bakery is fantastic right up there with Komoda's on Maui. But I do disagree with your thoughts on Bali bread, I love them even though they are thick. After I eat my plate lunch and flan, I get some bread to take home with me. Now I'm hungry for Coco Puffs, must hit a bakery tomorrow. Mahalo and Aloha.

You can easily find local fruits at all the saturdays farmers markets al lover island (I like waialua farmers market on sat 9-1 north shore) during the week my kids and I like to drive to kahuku from north shore and stop at the fruit stands by the road
Cheap eats :kokoro tei, Minato restaurant both in mccully. Don't get the cold soba/udon bc the sause is package kine and don't taste good. Their combo plates are pretty good for price. side Takoyaki is good!
Kokoro tei also has daily specials for only 10.98! I love unagi too and theirs is good. I know good unagi lol. Minato has tasty unagi as well. Fukuya mochi is right next to Minato too for dessert!

Liliha coco puff is my goto food whenevery I fly home. I'm a local boy that live in NY, went to farrington, still got my child home in Iao Lane, next to likelike school. first thing I do when I land is drop off my bags and walk to liliha to eat and pickup some coco puff for breakfast.
