For those who this isn't working for them it is because you're not clearing your recycle bin at the end, even though everything you just deleted is sitting there and also needs to be deleted to be getting the benefits of space you were looking for. Just make sure everything there is unneeded and that there isnt recent files you deleted from another day that you actually wanted to restore, but you can also for example not find anything recently deleted other than the files you just cleared within watching this video. You can check the dates for when the files were deleted and they will mostly all if not all match up the date of today which is when you were deleting all the files shown within this video. Great video, thanks again.

Do not use cCleaner anymore if you care about your PC. Many ppl stopped using including me. It's not worth it. If you must download a third-party program, dl something open source.
The prefetch folder is self-maintaining, and there's no need to delete it or empty its contents. If you empty the folder, Windows and your programs will take longer to open the next time you turn on your computer.
I know I unfortunately I deleted something like that from long time, my computer is opening slowly but it’s ok. But I have a problem that I cannot play any game on my laptop because their sooo much lagging.
