The only reason why Adam Gase was the Jets coach for two seasons was because even though he started 1-7 in 2019, in the final eight games they went 6-2 to finish 2019 7-9. Gase finishing 7-9 in 2019 bought him another year. I’m a Giants fan and Gase was a horrible hire from day one.
Gase and Kitchens both needed to be fired by this past Monday morning. Both teams regressed horribly under them and the Jets were a 4-12 team so being far worse is even more inexcusable.
