I also have a lot of vehicles after 40 years of RC. I try to use all of them. My favourite of all time is my TRX6 - my only Traxxas ! His name is Brutus...
Whatever man, do whatever you want lol. Shiny shelf queens always look good, if you can do it, than do it! 😁 Id love to see kids doing a derby with these kamtecs, thats cool.
Always good to see some varied onroad collections. I was around for the buggy golden era but the 90s Tamiya touring/group C cars were superb!! Not always as easy to find a place to run but geez they looked smooth !!
Great content as always Gavin. I have bought 4 high speed gear sets for absolutely no reason whatsoever! All will go in my TA02 Porsches. Which will never run.
Thank you for all your great videos. I really enjoy seeing your collection, I also love all your build videos. My first rc car was the black foot,I got it for Christmas back in 86 I think. I wish I still had it. Every time I watch one of your videos it makes me want to get a tamiya kit. I haven't had one since I was a young teenager in the '80's. You show so many cool kits,I just can't decide which one I want to get. Keep up the great work,I watch all your videos and enjoy them all. Thank you again for sharing this great hobby
I think its the ta02 kickup on the front that messes with body-positioning, as you have naturally different wheelbase depending on if the car is low to the ground, or high off the ground. Which results in people have different degrees of issues with wheelbase fitment, espessially with the 934 having such tight wheelarches.
Gav, the Rothmans 934 looks perfect on the white cross spokes as that’s what they ran on in period (ok they were 911 SCRS but hey). Sometimes they had Fuchs front wheels in white so you could mix it up with the ones you’ve not fitted to your Martini RS!
Hi Gavin, like you channel because you are verry simpatico :) I love your Porsche 934 Rally Car. Could you wrote some more informations about the lightbar, peeaaassseee 🙏🙏🙏?
Love these collection videos. If I ever get a nice place to display all of mine I'd love to do the video of the collection. Currently I'm at 231 cars new in box and 116 built. Unfortunately about 40ish of those are are in "project" status as they need some sort of repair. I've been in this hobby for more than 35 yrs now and it's gotten a little out of control in the past 10 yrs or so :) And to think it all started with a Grasshopper then an aristo craft Kangaroo. The rest was a blur.
Guess you are active on forums like tamiya club or rc10 talk ? Probably can get some advice & parts from those forums if not maybe ideas on what too do with some cars parts that might not be available even used. But that is maybe similar enough too something newer that you can just add shims or shave it down too make it fit.
I am a racer and I have 16 or so cars. I am after your advice on how too increase my collection and remain married. I only ask because if I buy another RC car I am sure the missus will either leave me or kill me. Any advice is helpful. Thanks.
It always makes me smile to see the little Mardave 50 featuring or poking in frame in the background.
What a fantastic collection! Thank you for sharing and being such an amazingly professional and entertaining source for rc!
Nice Gav 😎👍🏻
Really enjoy these collection videos fella 👍
Great Video and a fantastic collection!

Very nice cars. Perfectly built and each one is something special. I am really looking forward to something more.

God how I love your Porsches 😊😍
Need to get yourself a Awesomatix to build, loverly challenge.
I think that's sharpest tool in the box Gav🤣👍
Great to see all the collection.. love the Porsches you’ve done excellent.

Great collection! Wonderful onroad cars!!
Glad you like them! Loads more to come
The 4WD conversion would be interesting to see
Pretty awesome collection! Thank you for sharing with us!
I would not change the front wheel drive to four wheel drive. Great video Gavin. Are you going to be getting the six wheel F1 car?
At some point yes as it's an icon for Tamiya. It's being rere again so if I can get one at the right price.
Love your videos! Great stuff
@1:28 what is a Ope Calibra :)
One of many mistakes. Welcome to RCKicks heehhe
Great content as always Gavin.

The never driven TA01 Mercedes is not bad. Change the dampers to original and you have a nice collectors item.

I’ll look into that as I could do that.
You Have A Lot Of Nice Remote Control Car's. 😃👍.

it was 3D printed and it uses the body mounts at the front of the body.
You have a wonderful collection. In my opinion you should not convert the Schumacher FWD. You have plenty of 4WD touring cars.

Show her a picture of the RCKicks collection and say, "I only have 16 RC's so 4-5 more is nothing at all now is it?"
