As usual, excellent information. I am a glaciologist and use Gurkha to go different remote places in the Himalaya. Ground clearance is indeed a problem and I am waiting for a full-proof solution with least or no side effect on the vehicle mechanics.

Safety any alteration will affect . This ,if done right z, should be fine and safe. Mileage slight negligible change only. Downstream indirectly if you fit bigger tires because of this then power and mileage will go down

I have sufficient ground clearance. Portal axles are overkill. Even G wagon also unless specifically modified doesn’t have it stock . If you’re going to build it out for extreme off-road competition spec then we can try out portals

Diesel tronic is available. But that’s a fuel regulator and I’m not a fan of it. A benching by wolf has been done by few guys. I would still wait for a proper remap with protocols being done professionally .

Changed the boot cap of the drive shaft few times as the angle is altered. It will be great if you can come up with the suspension lift kit as I can also upgrade. My uneasiness with the BlueGarage kit stemmed LARGELY from the bigger angles in the Universal Joints of all drives after lift. I trust & hope you are fixing THAT somehow. The un-symmetric range up-&-down I could actually live with, if I had to.

Shud I spend 1.5 lakhs for a proper lift frm mmg second option (Dr nano) or cn I go ahead wth blue garage kit md include offroad bumpers and a winch... Cost wise a proper mmg lift or all dese wud be d same.... TIA...
Proper suspension upgrade >> Strut spacers in terms of functionality, long term reliability and vehicle health. Strut spacers are a band aid temporary solution. Ok if you going to be on road and light trails If you’re building out your vehicle for proper off-roading then strutspaxers will harm you. I have put a detailed video review of the blue garage lift kit with droop measurements and how the suspension cycles with the kit.

Hello bro, Force could have engineered in better with little more suspension travel and better packaging to have more clearance. They could have taken jeep wrangler and bench mark(my current suv)

It's available . You can buy it from the dr nano insta page. But only struts. Coils are still under dev.

You’re right …We have discussed the asymmetry in Lift kit review . Let’s take this inwards from there
Gurkha is so heavy why they didn't provide leaf springs in the rear.

How it broke? From U joint or in shaft rod itself ? Did you ask them why it failed ? Or was it driver error ?
