    As usual, excellent information. I am a glaciologist and use Gurkha to go different remote places in the Himalaya. Ground clearance is indeed a problem and I am waiting for a full-proof solution with least or no side effect on the vehicle mechanics.

    Hello, as usual great information! I have got rogerab installed in my New BS6 Gurkha… i must say ride quality has improved… specially driving on the corners with decent speed! I would request you kindly make a video on this too… i dont know how it improved but you explain it very precisely 😊

      Great to hear! Good that you’re feeling ride better. In my personal opinion., rogerab has its own problems and side effects. It’s a flexible spacer in some sense; so be wary

      It's available . You can buy it from the dr nano insta page. But only struts. Coils are still under dev.

      @@sayantda no% mounting points are different in 6.2/ new Gurkha has better suspension and gc stock

      @@tripaccino Thank you! Do you know the OEM brand for the 6.2 coil spring and dampers? Also for the BS 6, is bilstein the manufacturer of coil springs and Gabriel for dampers?

    Does it alter safety? And one more question is that does it affect any fuel efficiency and power losses?

      Safety any alteration will affect . This ,if done right z, should be fine and safe.
      Mileage slight negligible change only. Downstream indirectly if you fit bigger tires because of this then power and mileage will go down

    Salute. Quick question, how much ground height increase are you aiming with it? Again the same old question, are the G wagon portal axel kind of solution be good solution for Gurkha ground clearance issue

      I have sufficient ground clearance. Portal axles are overkill. Even G wagon also unless specifically modified doesn’t have it stock . If you’re going to build it out for extreme off-road competition spec then we can try out portals

    Can? 285/75/R16 Radar Renegade. Tyres Be fitted with this mods?.. Looking forward to buy for my gurkha,.. It helps me with the ground clearance. If it works on yours.. It should work on my gurkha too.. Thanks in advance 👍😉

    Any plans on remap , engine mods to improve power output ? Anybody in your off-road circle done it on bs6 Gurkha ? Pls advice, thks ,tc, drive safe !

      Diesel tronic is available. But that’s a fuel regulator and I’m not a fan of it. A benching by wolf has been done by few guys. I would still wait for a proper remap with protocols being done professionally .

    Thanks for the great video. I have a BS6 Gurkha and have installed Blue garage lift kit. Of course i am facing all the issues you have mentionesd. Changed the boot cap of the drive shaft few times as the angle is altered. It will be great if you can come up with the suspension lift kit as I can also upgrade. I will closely follow your videos brother. Cheers

    My uneasiness with the BlueGarage kit stemmed LARGELY from the bigger angles in the Universal Joints of all drives after lift. I trust & hope you are fixing THAT somehow. The un-symmetric range up-&-down I could actually live with, if I had to.

    hi sir there is left side drive shaft was broken of my Gurkha and service center cost me around 39000 thousand rupees for this is it fair price for this sir please help me

      How it broke? From U joint or in shaft rod itself ? Did you ask them why it failed ? Or was it driver error ?

    Hi Varun here from Bangalore... Wanted to know whether Dr nano suspension lift kit is available fr d Gurkha... Have seen n Indian overlander video dat by changing d boot along wth blue garage kit suffices... What's ur take on d same?? Plz throw some light on it... Shud I spend 1.5 lakhs for a proper lift frm mmg second option (Dr nano) or cn I go ahead wth blue garage kit md include offroad bumpers and a winch... Cost wise a proper mmg lift or all dese wud be d same.... TIA...

      Proper suspension upgrade >> Strut spacers in terms of functionality, long term reliability and vehicle health.
      Strut spacers are a band aid temporary solution. Ok if you going to be on road and light trails
      If you’re building out your vehicle for proper off-roading then strutspaxers will harm you. I have put a detailed video review of the blue garage lift kit with droop measurements and how the suspension cycles with the kit.

    Hello bro, Force could have engineered in better with little more suspension travel and better packaging to have more clearance. They could have taken jeep wrangler and bench mark(my current suv)
