Like the bag but it's way too small! Feel like it's difficult to find a middle size bag from the brand, either teeny tiny or way too oversize. Drooling over their ready to wear though!
Hi love, I know the size is actually ridiculous! I was wearing it yesterday and couldn't fit my keys, phone and ONE card. It's just there to look cute and nothing else. Also, the oversize bags are cute for pictures but not to wear in public haha. I really want the Saudade dress in green, it's sooo gorgeous!
No way! Did you order from MatchesFashion or a different website. I always ask for the gift box on MatchesFashion to make sure I protect my items. If you have Marshall or Winners near you, they have a box section and you can honestly buy the cutest ones from there for so cheap!

I went to a gift shop they boxed it well and i have asked jacquemus to send it as a gift but im just very dissapointed with them; I paid 20 dollars extra fee for express delivery but i got it 3 weeks later because its been lost, well so why dont you pay me my 20 dollars back? But apparently they think being under load is a good excuse. Its just an awful experience.
@@RUclips.10a I'm sooo sorry to hear that! To be honest, you should buy from MatchesFashion. They NEVER lost a package and the customer service is amazing. I remember once my Aquzzura broke after 6 months wearing them, they paid for the shipping, sent my heels to Italy and sent it back to me. Maybe next time try MatchesFashion instead of the brand directly. I hate bad customer service it makes me SO angry!
