Great assembly illustration video! Where I live, we have frequent wind gusts up to 40+ mph. What is the wind rating? Also, our structures here have a limited height of 20 feet. How high are covers at the peak (apex)?
Our 20' wide shelters have a 6.5' height on top of your container height, our 26' wide has a 10'' height on top of your container height and our 40' wide shelters have a 15' height on top of your container height. These do pretty well in moderate wind, but ours do not come with engineered ratings.
Sorry, we don't ship outside the continental U.S. We have a few different models for the 40x40 dual truss that vary on weight of PVC cover and number of arches. Please inquire at www.covermorebuildings.com
We've had customers tell us that instead of having their containers perfectly level, that they leveled them "very slightly" outward/downward toward the outside of the containers - just enough for gravity to do it's job and drain downhill instead of inside. The installation manuals call for "level" containers, so this is just a recommendation!
@@covermoresheltersinc.4951 Are these shelters available to go to the outer edges of the shipping container as I have seen shipping cotainers deteriorate at the ceiling from the elements and want the chance to harvest the water. TIA.
@@TheHakopa Yes, these can be mounted to the outside of your containers, therefore completely covering the top of both containers. We've even had some customers say they installed one side on the inside of a container and the other on the outside, therefore covering only one container.
This is fantastic looking into a shelter now
Great instructions thankyoi much needed info

Thanks for this video. Can you do a video on installing the end walls?
We are working towards more installation videos including end walls. We should have a 20x40 with end walls finished and uploaded in the next 60 days!
Please let me know when you find out
Please add how to park the containers so we know how far apart they need to be and if there is concrete pads underneath them.
Our Covermore 40x40 dual truss model calls for a 37ft. 8in. spacing between containers, and square containers by checking diagonal dimensions.
Do you have your containers anchored to the ground? Also, did you have to do any welding?
No welding required, and the containers are not anchored. They are plenty heavy and stay put!
How much do these cost and shipping to AUS?

Any solutions to prevent water from draining down the inside?
