Hello, Mike. I hope you see this. I have a fisheye 15mm Canon FD lens that is stuck on the breech lock. At first I thought the previous owner glued the rear cap to the breech lock with cyanoacrylate (KrazyGlue). After seeing you assemble the breech lock, is it possible they remounted it incorrectly that the release pin will not allow the breech ring to unlock? I will have a video shortly on my channel to demonstrate my problem.
Have you got any other ideas why autofocus may not be working. I tried the steps that you have done and this hasn’t made any real difference. Autofocus just continues to hunt and never actually focuses.
